교수매체로서 인터넷 활용방안 연구 : 고등학교 중국어 교육을 중심으로

Abstract

20세기 후반에 등장한 인터넷은 21세기의 세계적인 정보 통신 기반이자 지식 정보 기반으로 자리 매김하고 있다. 세상이 인터넷으로 연결되어 지구촌 개념이 선명해짐에 따라 선진국들은 교육정보화에 주력하고 있다. 홍수같이 넘쳐나는 정보를 수집하고 재해석하는 능력이 중요시되고 있기 때문이다. 우리 나라의 교육인적자원부에서도 교육정보화를 추진하고 있고, 제7차 교육과정에서 명시하듯이 교육체제의 변화를 유도하고 있다. 따라서 인터넷이라는 차세대 미디어를 교육에 활용해야 하는 것은 명약관화한 사실이다. 고등학교의 중국어 교사들도 교육정보화 추세에 의해 교단 선진화 기자재로 등장하고 있는 인터넷 연결망을 이용한 수업을 설계할 수 있어야 하고, 첨단 교수매체인 인터넷 및 멀티미디어를 활용한 수업방식을 연구하고 채택해야 한다. 경쟁이 치열한 선태과목인 중국어는 특히 교수매체를 최대한 효과적으로 활용해야 한다. 그러나 본고 2장에서 먼저 살펴본 교육계의 교육정보화시책에도 불구하고 3장에서는 고등학교 교육현장에서의 인터넷을 활용한 중국어 교육은 아직 과도기에 있는 것으로 드러났다. 어떤 사유에서 중국어 교육에서 인터넷 활용 수업이 보편적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있는지 설문조사를 통해 살펴 보고, 교육정보화의 하드웨어의 확충과 교육용 소프트웨어의 개발 및 보급, 그리고 교사연수의 확대 등 개선점를 파악한다. 4장에서는 고등학교 중국어 교육현장에서의 인터넷 매체 활용도를 높이고 교사들의 인터넷 활용 수업에 대한 지평을 넓히는 일환으로 기존의 중국어 교육 관련 인터넷 웹 사이트를 교수목적에 따라 선별하여 사이트에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 홈페이지를 구성한다. 미력한 인터넷 활용방안이지만 차후 교사들이 정보화 시대의 교육관을 실현해줄 것이라 기대되는 교수학습 환경으로서의 인터넷 활용 수업에 대한 중요성을 확인하는 기회가 되리라 믿는다.

; The internet started in the end of the 20th century comes to be a base of a information network and a knowledge. Developed countries now concentrate information education by using the internet, because they consider that the ability of collecting and re-interpreting information is very important. So the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development of Korea is also promoting people to be educated in the internet. And it is now leading the system of education to be changed as the 7th Course of Study shows. Therefore, the fact that we must use the internet as the following generation s media is obvious. Besides, teachers of high schools must be able to make plans for a class by using internet as a developed material which is already used in many ways, and to carry a research out and adopt it as a teaching method. When teachers teach Chinese which students are willing to choose as an optional subject, they must utilize it as teaching media effectively. The policy of information education was generally examined in chapter 2. However, in chapter 3, Chinese education by using the internet in the actual spot of a high school was revealed to be still in a transition period. I researched, with the inquiry, the reason why they can not use internet as a teaching method, and grasped the reform measures such as the distribution of hardwares, the development and supply softwares, the expansion of training for teachers, and so on. I made the homepage which is easily available with teachers, in which web-sites related to Chinese education were classified as teaching aims, in chapter 4. This is especially for teachers so that they can improve the ability of using the internet and utilizing it in class. I firmly believe that this plan by using the internet can realize the educational ideology of the following generation and can make teachers recognize the importance of using the internet in class.
