리걸테크 웹사이트 디자인 연구

Abstract

4차 산업혁명에서 빅데이터와 AI는 빼놓을 수 없는 분야이다. 2016년 ‘4차 산업혁명’ 이란 말을 처음으로 사용한 클라우스 슈밥은 “유비쿼터스 모바일 인터넷, 저렴하면서 작고 강력해진 센서, 인공지능과 기계학습이 디지털·생물학 등 거대한 분야의 기술이 융합해 교류하는 것”이라고 정의를 내렸다. 산업적 측면에서 보면 4차 산업혁명에서 떠오르는 것들은 머신러닝, 자율주행차, AI, 사물인터넷, 3D프린터, 로봇과 같은 익숙한 것들이다. 이 모든 것들에 적용되는 부문은 바로 빅데이터다. 인공지능의 알고리즘은 무척이나 많은 데이터를 필요로 한다. 구글에서 자율주행차를 연구했던 세바스찬 스런 유다시티 CEO는 “난 과거에 가능한 모든 경우에 대한 규칙을 프로그래밍 했지만, 이젠 프로그램에 데이터를 입력한 다음 내가 원하는 것을 프로그램에게 가르치고 있다”고 머신러닝을 설명했다. 이와 더불어, 현대는 가속화되어 온라인화 되어가고 있다. 금세기 최고의 미래학자로 손꼽히는 토마스 프레이스는 그의 저서를 통해 “2030년에는 20억개의 직업이 사라질 것”이라고 하며, 인공지능과 온라인이 인력을 대체할 것을 예측하였다. 이에 따라 온라인의 중요성과 접근성은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 시대에 대체되거나 없어질 직업으로 변호사를 꼽는 사람들이 많다. 판결을 예측하고, 형량을 내리며, 피의자의 죄에 대하여 판단하는 일이 인공지능으로 대체되는 게 생각보다 오래 걸리지 않을 수도 있다. 이러한 점에서 연구자는 4차산업의 핵심 키워드로 떠오르는 많은 것들 중 법률과 IT를 접목시킨 리걸테크를 연구 대상으로 선정하고 고찰을 시도하였다. 리걸테크 산업의 발전은 법률 시장의 혁신과 사법 서비스의 효율화를 높일 것이며, 4차산업에 있어서 중요한 요소가 될 것으로 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구자는 리걸테크를 보다 많은 사람들이 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 웹사이트의 UX/UI 디자인의 관점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 법률에 IT기술이 접목되는 리걸테크와 사용자의 편리성을 극대화 시킨 UX/UI디자인이 결합된다면 보다 법률시장의 수요와 공급의 확대에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것이라 여겨진다. 따라서 본 논문은 누구나 접하기 쉬운 웹사이트의 UX/UI디자인을 중심으로 리걸테크와 웹사이트의 특성을 연구하고, 효과적인 UX/UI 디자인 중심으로 리걸테크 웹사이트의 방향성을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리걸테크에 관한 고찰과 함께 웹사이트 UX/UI 디자인의 개념 및 특징에 대하여 살펴본다. 둘째, 리걸테크 웹사이트 디자인에 관하여, 이용자의 감성 및 니즈를 분석하고, 웹사이트 디자인의 조형적 구성요소 및 웹사이트 UX디자인 레이아웃 및 기능적 요소와 함께 웹사이트 UI디자인 레이아웃의 기능적 요소에 대하여 분석한다. 셋째, 리걸테크 웹사이트 구성 및 특징을 정리한 후 그에 맞는 UX/UI를 적용한 웹사이트 구상 및 서비스 시나리오와 메뉴 구성 및 디자인과 설계를 제안한다. 이번 연구를 통해 얻은 지식을 바탕으로, 지속적인 분석과 연구를 통해 리걸테크를 활성화시키는 것이 주어진 과제라고 생각한다. 또한 본 연구가 전혀 다른 분야라고 생각하였던 ‘법률,IT,디자인’의 융합과 조화에 대한 성공적인 사례가 되길 바란다.;Big data and AI are important fields in the fourth industrial revolution. Klaus Schab, who first used the term '4th industrial revolution' in 2016, defined the convergence of technologies in large fields such as ubiquitous mobile Internet, small and powerful sensors, and digital and biomedical learning. From an industrial perspective, things that come to mind during the fourth industrial revolution are familiar things such as machine running, self-driving cars, AI, Internet of Things, 3D printers, and robots. Big data is the part that applies to all of these things. The algorithm of artificial intelligence requires a lot of data. "I've programmed the rules for every possible case in the past, but now I'm entering data into the program and teaching the program what I want," explained Sebastian Thrun Yudati, CEO of Google who studied self-driving cars. In addition, Hyundai is accelerating and becoming online. Thomas Frace, one of the greatest futurists of the century, wrote in his book that "2 billion jobs will disappear by 2030," predicting artificial intelligence and online replacement of human resources. As a result, the importance and accessibility of online is becoming more important. Many people choose lawyers as their jobs that will be replaced or eliminated in the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution. Predicting decisions, penalizing and judging suspects' crimes may not take longer than expected to be replaced by artificial intelligence. In this regard, researchers selected legal tech, a combination of law and IT, among many emerging as the core keyword of the fourth industry, as the subject of research and tried to examine it. The development of the Legal Tech industry will increase the innovation of the legal market and the efficiency of judicial services, and it is considered to be an important factor in the fourth industry. The researcher conducted the research with a view of the UX/UI design of Web site, so that the re-gector could be used conveniently by more people. The combination of Legal Tech with IT technology in law and UX/UI design with maximum user convenience could have a positive impact on the expansion of demand and supply in the legal market. Therefore, this paper aims to study the characteristics of the Legal Tech and its Web site with the focus on the UX/UI design of the web site that is easy for anyone to access, and to present the direction of the Legal Tech website with the focus of an effective UX/UI design. The contents of this study are as follows. First, we look at the concepts and characteristics of the website UX/UI design along with a discussion of Legal Tech. Second, with regard to the design of the Legal Tech website, the user's sensitivity and needs are analyzed, and the functional elements of the website UI design layout are analyzed along with the formative components of the website design and the functional elements. Third, after organizing the structure and characteristics of the Legal Tech website, it proposes website design and design with appropriate UX/UI application and service scenarios. Based on the knowledge gained from this study, I think it is a task given to activate the Legal tech through continuous analysis and research. We also hope that this research will be a successful example of the convergence and harmonization of 'legal, IT, and design' that we thought was a completely different field.
