dc.description.abstract본문은 근접성이 hybrid organization형성에게 어떤 영향을 마치는지에 대한연구목적을 가지고 있다. 영향이 있으면, 긍정적인 아니면 부정적인 영향을 깊게 연구하겠다. 21세기부터, hybrid organization은 날이 갈수록 발전하고 있다, 많은 학자가 이 특별한 조직형태를 관찰했다. Hybrid organization에 대한관심이 점점 커지고 있다. 본문은 근접성이 시각으로 hybrid organization형성에 마치는 영향을 연구한다. 이전연구에 따라 근접성유형이 많이 있는데 본문은 주로지역근접성, 제도근접성하고 조직근접성 기초로 hybrid organization형성에 어떤 영향을 마치는지 연구하도록 한다. 촤종 세 개 근접성은 hybrid organization형성에게 긍정적인 영향을 마친다고 발겼다.;The purpose of this study is to test whether proximity has an impact on the formation of hybrid organization, whether positive or negative, if any. Since the 21st century, the development and growth of hybrid organization, more and more scholars have begun to pay attention. The study of this special form of organization is increasingly interested in the study of hybrid organization. There are many factors that affect the formation of organizations, but for the special form of organization of hybrid organization, it is mainly external pressure factors and internal organizations. This paper studies the influence of hybrid organization form from this angle of view. According to previous studies, there are many classifications of proximity. In this paper, the effects of geographical proximity, institutional proximity and organizational proximity on hybrid organization are studied. The effects of these three approaches on the formation of hybrid organization were studied and it was found that these three approaches had positive effects on the formation of hybrid organization.-
