체육교사의 변혁적 리더십과 중·고등학생들의 임파워먼트 간 자기효능감의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 체육교사의 변혁적 리더십과 중·고등학생의 임파워먼트 간 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 연구자는 2021년 서울특별시, 경기도, 전라북도의 중·고등학생을 대상으로 선정하고, 총 1020부를 배부하였으며 설문 검토과정에서 중복 표기, 무성의하게 응답한 경우와 설문의 응답 내용이 일부분 누락 된 설문 자료 288부를 제외한 총 732부를 최종 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t 검정, 상관관계 분석, 단순 회귀분석과 매개 효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron & Kenny(1986)에 3단계 회귀분석 매개 검증을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 체육교사에 대해 인식하는 변혁적 리더십, 중·고등학생의 임파워먼트, 자기효능감의 성별 차이를 분석한 결과 모두 남학생이 여학생보다 높은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육 교사의 변혁적 리더십, 중·고등학생의 임파워먼트와 자기효능감은 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육 교사의 변혁적 리더십이 중·고등학생의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 서로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 체육 교사의 변혁적 리더십이 중·고등학생의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 중·고등학생의 자기효능감이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 체육 교사의 변혁적 리더십이 중·고등학생의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개 효과를 검증한 결과 자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. ;The purpose of the study was to examine the Mediated Effect of Self-Efficacy Between Transformative Leadership of Physical Education Teachers and Impowerment of Middle and High School Students. Verifying the mediated effect of self-efficacy in the relation between transformational leadership of physical education teachers and the empowerment of middle and high school students. The study subjects were selected from 1020 middle and high school students. The collected data was frequency analysis, independent Sample t, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and mediating effects, a 3-stage regression analysis mediated verification was used in Baron & Kenny (1986). The results of the study are as follows. verifying the effect of the parameter of self-efficacy in the effect of the transformational leadership of physical education teachers on the empowerment of middle and high school students, a partial mediating effect was found. The transformative leadership of physical education teachers can improve the self-efficacy of middle and high school students, which has resulted in the effectiveness of the impact. Physical education teachers should be able to improve self-efficacy and impact of middle and high school students through flexible and inclusive classes rather than compulsory teaching.
