장애인복지관 내 심리 정서 지원을 위한 장애아동 부모교육 음악 프로그램 개발

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 장애인복지관 내 부모의 심리 정서 지원을 위한 장애아동 부모교육 음악 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 프로그램 개발의 1단계로 프로그램 필요 파악 및 내용 구성을 위해 장애인복지관 내 장애아동 부모교육 담당자를 대상으로 사전 설문조사를 실시하고, 선행연구와 웹사이트 조사 결과를 분석하였다. 2단계에서는 1단계 내용을 바탕으로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 사전 설문조사 결과, 장애인복지관 내 부모교육 음악 프로그램에 대한 담당자들의 기획 의사는 5점 만점 중 평균 3.4점으로 비교적 높은 수준이었다. 특히 부모의 심리 정서 지원 목적의 음악 프로그램에 대한 기획 의사는 평균 3.9점으로 다른 목적과 비교하여 가장 높았다. 이와 더불어 선행연구 분석 결과를 통해 부모의 심리 정서 지원을 위한 부모교육과 음악치료 프로그램의 공통요소로 ‘감정 인식 및 표현’, ‘억압된 에너지 표출’, ‘정서적 지지 경험’을 도출하였다. 또한 웹사이트 현황조사를 통해 장애인복지관 내 부모교육을 위한 음악 프로그램이 모두 1회기로 진행된 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 부모의 심리 정서 지원을 위한 음악 프로그램을 예비 개발한 후, 타당성 검증을 받았다. 타당성 검증은 성인 대상의 음악심리치료 경력이 8년 이상이거나 장애인복지관 음악치료 경력이 10년 이상인 음악치료사 3인에 의해 실행되었다. 4점 리커트 척도로 평가한 타당도 검증 결과는 평균 3.8점으로 나타났다. 이후 검증 결과에 따라 프로그램을 수정 및 보완하고 지도교수의 확인 후 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 현장의 필요에 맞는 프로그램을 개발하고 객관적 근거를 제시함으로써 장애인복지관 내 부모의 심리 정서 지원을 위한 장애아동 부모교육 음악 프로그램 관련 자료를 제공한 것에 의의가 있다.;The purpose of this study is to develop a music program for parents with disabilities to support their parents' psychological sentiments in a welfare center for the disabled. As a first step in the development of the program, a preliminary survey was conducted on the parents of children with disabilities in the welfare center for the disabled and the results of prior research and website surveys were analyzed. In the second phase, the program was developed based on the contents of the first stage. According to a preliminary survey, the planning doctors of the people in charge of the parent education music program in the welfare center for the disabled scored an average of 3.4 out of 5 points. In particular, planning doctors for music programs aimed at supporting parents' psychological sentiment scored 3.9 points on average, the highest compared to other goals. In addition, the results of a prior research analysis led to 'emotional awareness and expression', 'suppressed energy expression' and 'emotional support experience' as common elements of parent education and music therapy programs to support parents' psychological sentiment. In addition, a survey of the website confirmed that all music programs for parental education in the welfare center for the disabled were conducted in one session. Based on this, a music program was developed in advance to support parents' psychological sentiments and validated. The feasibility test was conducted by three music therapists with more than eight years of experience in music psychotherapy for adults or more than 10 years of experience in music therapy at the welfare center for the disabled. The results of the feasibility test evaluated with a four-point recurrence scale showed an average score of 3.8 points. Afterwards, the program was modified and supplemented according to the results of the verification, and the final program was developed after confirmation by the guidance professor. Accordingly, this study is meaningful in developing programs suitable for the needs of the site and providing objective evidence to provide data on the parent education music program for disabled children to support parents' psychological sentiment in the welfare center for the disabled.
