중학교 가정교과의 남북한 통합 교육과정 모듈 개발

Abstract

남북한의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적으로 다방면의 교류가 지속되면서 분단이래 평화적 통일을 기대할 수 있는 시류가 이어지고 있다. 따라서 사회변화에 밀접하게 연관되어 있다고 말할 수 있는 교육계 역시 변화에 발맞추어 시대적 요구를 수용함을 통해 앞으로 다가올 미래를 효율적으로 준비해야 할 것이다. 교육계에서도 가장 중요한 개념이 될 것은 바로 남북한의 교육통합이다. 한국의 교육은 민주주의와 시장경제 그리고 자아실현을 근간으로 하는 자유 민주주의 이념을 바탕으로 실천적 문제 중심의 가정교과가 교육과정에 포함되어 있다. 반면에 현재 북한의 교육은 김일성의 사회주의교육에 관한 테제를 근간으로 하기 때문에 교육과정에 가정이라는 교과가 존재하지 않으므로 남북한의 교육과정을 분석하여 통일 후의 가정과 교육에 사용할 수 있는 남북한 통합 교육과정 모듈을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 중학교 가정교과의 남북한 가정과 교육 통합 교육과정 모듈은 개인과 가족이 스스로 세 행동체계를 이루며 유지할 수 있는 능력을 기르도록 돕는 것이 가정학의 사명‛이라고 제시한 Brown . Paolucci(1979)의 세 행동 체계를 바탕으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목표는 중학교 가정교과의 남북한 통합 교육과정이지만 현재 남북한 중학교 교육과정에 차이가 있는 현실인 바, 남북한의 초∙중등 교육과정 차이점을 분석하고 남북한 통합 교육과정을 진행하기 위해 필요한 공통 교육 사항과 가정 과 교육에서의 각 영역별 교육 사항을 점검하였다. 이를 통해 세 행동 체계에 맞추어 통합 교육과정의 핵심 내용을 가족, 식, 의, 주, 소비 영역으로 나누어 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 모듈은 전문가 집단을 통해 실제로 통일 후 가정과 학습에 적용 가능한 모듈인지 검증을 거쳤으며 검증 결과에 따른 수정 및 보완 후 최종 통합 교육과정 모듈을 제안하였다.;South and North Korea political, economic, social and cultural exchanges have continued, and since the division, there has been a trend of peaceful reunification. Therefore, the education world, which is said to be closely related to social change, must efficiently prepare for the future by keeping pace with the changes and accepting the demands of the times. The most important concept in the education world is the unification of education between the North and South Korea. South Korean education is based on democracy, market economy, and liberal democracy based on self-fulfillment, and includes practical Home Economics. On the other hand, since the current North Korean education is based on Kim Il-sung's theory on socialist education, there is no Home Economics in the curriculum, we would like to analyze the curriculum between the North and South Korea and propose the inter-Korean integrated curriculum module that can be used for post-unification families and education. Brown. Paolucci (1979)’s The Three Systems of Action, which this research’s integrated curriculum module for Home Economics in middle school, suggested that ‚it is the mission of family science to develop the ability to create and maintain Three Systems of Action for individuals and families.‛The goal of this research is the inter-Korean integrated curriculum for middle school family subjects, but currently there are differences between the South and North Korea middle school curriculum, so we analyzed the differences between the elementary and secondary curriculum between the South and North Korea. examined the common curriculum and the educational items in each area in the home economics. Accordingly, the core contents of the integrated curriculum are divided into family life, dietary life, Clothing & Textiles, housing and consumption areas according to the Three Systems of Action. The modules derived from this study were verified to be applicable to home and learning through a group of experts, and proposed the final integrated curriculum module after the revision and supplementation of the results of the verification.
