체육전공 여자대학생의 학과만족이 취업준비행동 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 체육전공 여자대학생의 학과만족도가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향, 취업준비행동이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향, 학과만족이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 연구의 상관관계를 통해 체육전공 여자대학생의 학과에 대한 만족으로 보다 자율적인 행동과 진로성숙이 사회생활에 실현화 될 수 있도록 도움을 주기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 학과만족도를 독립변인으로 두며, 종속변인으로 취업준비행동과 진로성숙도를 두었다. 서울, 경기도 소재 대학교의 체육전공 여자대학생을 표본으로 하였으며, 편의표본추출방법(Convenience Sampling methoed)을 통해서 표본을 추출하였다. 조사도구로는 설문지를 사용하였고, 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 응답하도록 한 후 설문지를 회수 하였다. 설문지의 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료 25부를 제외한 250부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 맞도록 분석 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 학과만족도와 취업준비행동 및 진로성숙도 간의 상관관계로는 학과만족도는 취업준비행동 및 진로성숙도 간에 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 학과만족도와 진로성숙도의 목적성이 부(-)적인 상관을 보이고 있으나 그 외 학과만족도와 취업준비행동과 진로성숙도의 하위변인 간에는 정(+)적인 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 취업준비행동과 진로성숙도는 부분적으로 정(+)적인 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학과만족도가 취업준비행동에는 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 구체적으로는 다음과 같다. 학과만족도의 일반만족도가 교내활동 관련 취업준비행동에 정(+)적인 영향을, 학과만족도의 일반만족도, 교과만족도, 학교만족도가 전공 관련 취업준비행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업준비행동이 진로성숙도에도 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 전공 관련 취업준비행동이 진로성숙도의 준비성, 독립성, 확신성, 결정성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 교내활동 취업준비행동은 준비성과 목적성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학과만족도가 진로성숙도에도 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 진로성숙도의 결정성에는 관계만족도가 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 진로성숙도의 목적성에는 학교만족도가 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로성숙도의 확신성에는 교과만족도, 관계만족도가 정(+)적인 영향을, 진로성숙도의 독립성에는 학교만족도와 일반만족도가 정(+)적인, 진로성숙도의 준비성에는 학교만족도가 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 결론은, 체육전공 여자대학생의 학과만족도는 취업준비행동과 진로성숙도에 유의미한 영향을 보였다. 연구자의 해석은, 체육전공 여대생이 선택한 학교에 대한 자부심과 학과를 통한 배움의 가치는 자신의 소신대로 진로를 선택하고 결정할 수 있는 방향성에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 무리에 묻혀 사는 삶이 아닌 자주적인 삶을 향한 체육전공 여자대학생의 모습이 그려지는 의미 있는 연구결과인 것이다. ;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of academic satisfaction of college students on job preparation behaviors, the effect of job preparation behavior on career maturity, and the effect of academic satisfaction on career maturity. The subjects were female college students majoring in physical education at the universities in the metropolitan area, and students from the first grade to the fourth grade were selected as the population. The sample was extracted through convenience sampling method, and the survey tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 ver statistical analysis. First, school satisfaction, social satisfaction, school satisfaction, general satisfaction, job preparation behavior, and field preparation career behaviors showed positive(+) correlations. Second, the correlation between department satisfaction and career maturity showed no statistically significant correlation between general satisfaction and determinism, social satisfaction, school satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, general satisfaction and objectivity. However, all of them (+) showed a significant relationship, except that school satisfaction and objective had negative(-) correlation. Third, the correlation between career preparation behavior and career maturity shows that school career preparation behavior is positively(+) correlated with determinism, purposefulness, and readiness of career maturity, and career - . As a result, all correlation coefficients do not show a higher correlation than the baseline, so there is no problem of incompleteness multicollinearity.
