음악치료 임상실습생의 진단평가(assessment) 실행 및 인식 조사

Abstract

The purpose of the study examined the performance and perception of assessment in the clinical practice for the master degree students who go to the music therapy educational institution and have experience in clinical practice. We conducted the questionnaire by distributing the questionnaire URL by the snowball sampling method and analyzed the collected 72 questionnaires of 86 online questionnaires without omission. Questionnaires are consisted of 5 questions of personal characteristics, 9 questions of clinical practice, 13 questions of assessments execution, 9 questions of recognition of assessment evaluation and 2 questions of non-assessment evaluation. The purpose of the questionnaire was to find the purpose, direction and scope of the treatment. With preparing and executing the assessment evaluation, we referred to the data and papers of the curriculum focusing on the assessment name and collected the information of clients through visiting. It was to apply the contents of the curriculum to the clients. At the time of assessment on detailed description and composition of music activities, many clinical practitioners tended to organize activities focusing on musical performance for clearer assessment rather than structuring the music activities. In the recognition section of assessment evaluation, the clinical practitioners recognized that they have a high awareness of assessment evaluation and a low recognition of difficulty when the needs of the target group and the detailed techniques were relatively clear. Therefore, it is necessary to train a systematic assessment by understanding the assessment and detailed technique when conducting assessment evaluation on the music therapy clinical practitioners.;본 연구의 목적은 음악치료 교육기관에 소속되어있으며 임상실습의 경험이 있는 석사과정생들을 대상으로 임상실습 내 진단평가(assessment)에 대한 실행 및 인식을 조사하였다. 눈덩이표집 방식으로 설문지의 URL을 배포하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 배포된 총 86부의 온라인 설문지 중 누락 없이 응답이 완료되어 회수된 72부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 설문 문항은 개인적 특성 5문항, 임상실습현황 9문항, 진단평가 실행 현황 13문항, 진단평가에 대한 인식 9문항, 진단평가를 실행하지 않는 경우의 현황 2문항으로 총 38문항으로 구성되었다. 설문결과 임상실습생의 진단평가 목적으로는 치료의 목적과 방향 및 범위를 지정하기 위한 것이었다. 진단평가의 준비 및 시행 중에 진단명을 중심으로 교육과정에서 배운 자료 및 논문 등을 참고하고, 기관 방문을 통한 내담자의 정보 수집을 시행하여 교육과정에서 배운 내용을 실제 내담자에게 적용하고자 하였다. 진단평가 시에 많은 임상실습생들이 진단영역 및 세부기술, 음악활동의 구성 시에 내담자의 명료한 진단을 위하여 음악활동을 적절히 구성하기보다 음악적 수행결과에 더 초점을 두고 활동을 구성하는 경향이 나타났다. 진단평가에 대한 인식에서는 대상군의 필요가 상대적으로 명확하고 세부기술이 객관적으로 명료하게 규명된 경우에는 임상실습생이 진단평가에 대한 효과적인 인식이 높고, 어려움을 낮게 인식한다고 응답되었다. 따라서 음악치료 임상실습생의 진단평가 시에 내담자에 대한 사정영역, 세부기술에 대한 이해를 이루어 체계적인 진단을 수행할 수 있도록 훈련이 이루어져야 함을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.
