Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 사회복지관, 문화센터, 문화기관에서 운영하고 있는 한국무용 교육프로그램의 현황을 파악하고 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자의 일반적인 특성 및 참여에 따른 여가만족도를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 현재 한국무용 교육프로그램을 운영하고 있는 서울시 내 사회복지관, 문화센터, 문화기관에 방문하여 총 240명을 대상으로 연구를 시작하였다. 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자의 여가만족도 분석에 관한 설문지는 설문대상자의 일반적인 특성에 관한 8문항, 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자의 여가만족도를 분석하기 위한 24문항 총 32문항으로 구성하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistiction 25 프로그램을 사용하였고, 설문지 통계 분석 결과 설문지의 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach)가 .937로 높은 수준임을 확인하였다. 각 문항들의 빈도 및 백분율 분석, 기술통계분석, 데이터탐색분석, 문항간 교차분석, 그리고 평균분석과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 수행하였다. 서울시 내 한국무용 교육프로그램 운영 현황과 참여자의 일반적인 특성 및 여가만족도 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2017년 서울시 내 한국무용 교육프로그램 운영현황은 기관별로 상이했다. 사회복지관의 경우, 매년 교육프로그램 개설에 대한 수요조사를 시행하였고 한국무용 교육프로그램은 박수연(2015)의 2014년 현황에 비해 상당수 폐강된 상태였다. 문화센터의 경우, 한국무용 교육프로그램 내용에 차이가 있으나 교육 수준을 단계별로 구분하여 활발하게 운영하고 있었다. 문화기관의 경우, 참여자의 수준에 따라 기초반, 작품반으로 교육프로그램을 운영하였으며 소수의 인원으로 보다 전문화된 한국무용 교육프로그램을 운영하고 있었다. 둘째, 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자 특성을 분석한 결과, 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자는 60세 이상의 여성이 가장 많았고, 1년 미만의 참여경력을 가진 참여자의 비율이 높았다. 각 기관은 한국무용 교육프로그램을 주 1회로 가장 많이 운영하고 있었다. 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자 중 20세 이상부터 40세 미만은 문화기관을 주로 이용하고 있으며, 60세 이상의 참여자는 사회복지관과 문화센터를 주로 이용하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 각 기관별로 한국무용 교육프로그램에 참여하는 연령층이 상이했다. 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여동기는 본인의사로 참여하는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 한국무용 교육프로그램에 있어 개인의 자발적인 참여가 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여목적은 취미생활, 건강, 한국무용에 대한 관심, 스트레스 해소, 친목도모, 기타 순으로 높게 나타났다. 설문 응답자 모두 한국무용 교육프로그램 재수강 의사가 있었으며, 이를 통해 현재 참여하고 있는 한국무용 교육프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높다는 것을 추측할 수 있었다. 셋째, 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자의 여가만족도에 대한 설문 응답은 대체로 만족과 매우만족 사이에 분포되었으며 전반적으로 높은 만족 수준을 보였다. 세부적으로 참여자 연령에 따른 여가만족도를 분석한 결과, 사회적 요인은, 휴식적 요인, 생리적 요인, 환경적 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 참여경력에 따른 여가만족도는 사회적 요인, 환경적 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 한국무용 교육프로그램에 10년 이상의 참여경력을 가진 참여자의 교육적 요인, 사회적 요인, 휴식적 요인, 생리적 요인, 환경적 요인에서 높은 수치의 만족도 분포를 보였다. 참여기관에 따른 여가만족도를 살펴본 결과, 심리적 요인, 교육적 요인, 사회적 요인, 휴식적 요인, 생리적 요인, 환경적 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 전반적으로 문화센터의 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여자의 여가만족도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 이를 통해 한국무용 교육프로그램의 참여가 여가만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 앞으로 한국무용 교육프로그램이 여가생활로서 더 발전할 수 있도록 한국무용 교육프로그램 참여기관, 참여자 연령, 참여경력을 고려하여 한국무용 교육프로그램을 고안하고 운영해야 할 것이며 본 연구의 결과는 일반인을 대상으로 하는 한국무용 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 초석이 될 것이다. ;The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of the Korean dance education program, which is currently operated by social welfare centers, cultural centers and cultural institutions, and to analyze the general characteristics and the leisure satisfaction of participants of the Korean dance education program. For this study, I visited a social welfare center, a cultural center, and a cultural institution, which has been running Korean dance education programs in Seoul, and distributed questionnaires to a total of 250 people. This research was started with a total of 230 copies, except for 20 copies that were judged to be unavailable for study. The questionnaires with regard to the analysis of the leisure satisfaction of Korean dance education programs are total of 36 questions, and consisted of 8 questions about general characteristics of those questioned, 24 questions about leisure satisfaction of Korean dance education program using Beard and Ragheb's leisure satisfaction scale, and 4 questions about the possibility of development as leisure culture life. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS Statistiction 25 program to confirm that the reliability coefficient(Cronbach) of the questionnaire is high as 0.930, and the frequency and percentage of each item were analyzed, descriptive analysis, data search analysis, cross analysis and ANOVA were performed to compare the mean and variance of each item. The results of an analysis on leisure satisfaction in Korean dance education programs were as follows. First, the current status of the Korean dance education program in Seoul in 2017 was different by institution. In the case of social welfare centers, demand surveys for the establishment of educational programs were being conducted every year and the considerable number of social welfare centers that operated the Korean dance education programs in Seoul canceled the classes in 2017 compared to 2014. Through unstructured interviews, many social welfare workers responded that they did not have a desire for Korean dance education programs. Participants in the Korean dance education program responded that the reason for not participating in the Korean dance education program was the high barriers to entry into Korean dance. In the case of cultural centers, there were differences in the content of the Korean dance education programs for each cultural center, but the cultural centers were actively managing the classes by dividing education levels. In addition, education programs as well as homepage were actively operated so that participants could easily obtain information. As the status of cultural institutions, the education program was divided into basic and dance-art classes according to the level of the participants, and the more specialized Korean dance education programs were operated by a small number of people. Unlike the social welfare center and the cultural center, the participation rate of people aged 20 to 30 was high. Second, as a result of analyzing the characteristics of participant of Korean dance education program, the participants of Korean dance education program were the highest among the women over 60 years old and the participants with less than one year's participation experience were the most. The percentage of participants in the Korean dance education program was 40.4% in the social welfare center, 30.0% in the cultural institution, and 29.6% in the cultural center, and a large number of institutions were operating the Korean dance education programs once a week. As a result of analyzing the age relationship between participating institutions and participants, it could be understood that among the participants in the Korean dance education program, those who are between 20 and 40 years old have been mainly using cultural institutions, and the elderly over 60 years old have been largely using social welfare centers and cultural centers. The age distribution of each institution was different, and so Korean dance education program should be devised considering major age groups. In many cases, many participants were motivated to participate in the Korean dance education program by their own intentions, which means that it is very important to motivate participation in the Korean dance education program. The reasons for choosing the Korean dance education program turned out to be high in the order of health, hobbies, interest in Korean dance, relieving stress, promoting friendship, and others. It was confirmed that at present, all participants in the Korean dance education programs were willing to retake the classes, and could guess the satisfaction with the current Korean dance education program. Third, the overall leisure satisfaction level of the Korean dance education programs was generally high enough to be statistically distributed between satisfied and very satisfied. As a result of analyzing the correlation of each sub-factor according to the participant age, the social factor was F=8.061, p<.01, rest factors were F=3.022, p<.05 and the physiological factor was F=8.164, p<.01, environmental factors were F=4.005, p<.01 and mean and variance were significantly different for each age group, which means leisure satisfaction of social factors was different for each age group. In the case of leisure satisfaction correlation according to the participating experience, the social factors were F=2.671, p<.05, and environmental factors were F=3.877, p<.01, and there was a significant difference between the mean and variance of participating career as the statistical analysis. In the Korean dance education program, participants who had more than 10 years of experience showed high satisfaction level in social, physiological and environmental factors. As a result of examining leisure satisfaction according to participating organizations, the psychological factors were F=9.022, p<.01, educational factors were F=8.419, p<.01, social factors were F=15.788, p<.01, rest factors were F=4.692, p<.05, and physiological factors were F=12.624 and p<.01, environmental factors were F=3.877, p<.05 which showed a significant difference in all factors. The satisfaction level of the cultural center was the highest in the sub-factors which showed a significant difference, and it is important to carry out a more accurate comparison analysis by carrying out the leisure satisfaction of the Korean dance education program for each institution in the follow-up study. Therefore, in order to further develop the Korean dance education program as a leisure culture life through this study, the Korean dance education program should be devised and operated in consideration of institutions, participant age, and participation experience in Korean dance education program. I hope that the results of this study will be a cornerstone for further development of the Korean dance education program for the general public.
