<TV동화 빨간 자전거>를 활용한 여성결혼이민자 대상 문화 교육 방안

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 하여 <TV동화 빨간 자전거>라는 영상텍스트를 문화 교육적 측면에서 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 있다. 따라서 본 매체의 문화 교육적 가치와 여성결혼이민자의 문화적응 및 문화교육 실태에 연관성이 있다고 보고, 기존 연구들의 한계점을 분석하면서 학습자들이 겪는 문화 교육의 어려움에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보았다. 영상매체의 교육적 효과와 선행연구 분석 결과를 토대로 살펴 본 여성결혼이민자를 위한 <TV동화 빨간자전거>의 문화 교육적 가치는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자들에게 공감대 형성 및 정서적 안정이 된다. 둘째, 영화나 드라마에 비해 영상 길이가 짧아 학습자들의 집중도를 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 문화 토론 학습이 가능하다. 넷째, 읽기 중심의 기존 한국어 교재와 설화 활용 연구의 한계를 극복한다. 다섯째, 한국 문화 적응에 도움을 주며, 문화 교육을 하는 데 효율적이다. 또한 교육과정과 교재분석을 통해 여성 결혼이민자들의 여건에 맞는 문화 교육이 필요하며, 이들의 능동적 참여를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법이 필요함을 밝혔다. 따라서, 문화 적응 단계를 적용시킨 ‘TV동화 문화 교육 목록’을 선정하고, Allan(1985)와 임경순(2006)을 바탕으로 ‘TV 동화 수업 모형’을 설계한 후, 수업 계획안을 구축하였다. 이는 영상매체를 활용한 문화 교육 및 의사소통 교육, 정체성 확립 교육에 효과가 있을 것으로 보인다. 앞으로 학습자 중심의 문화교육 및 영상매체 관련 후속 연구에 이 연구가 도움이 되기를 바란다.;The purpose of the study is to highlight the educational aspects the cultural images of the text <TV fairy tale red bicycle> by targeting immigrant women. Therefore, reports that looked at the associated acculturation and cultural situations of cultural education and their educational values in terms of media and immigrant women, focused on the difficulties experienced by learners of cultural education by analysing the limitations of previous studies. Advanced research that analysed the educational effectiveness <TV fairy tale red bicycle> for immigrant women discussed the results based on cultural or educational values of video media are as follows. First, the learner is able to come to a consensus and gain emotional stability. Second, the duration of the video is short, which allows the learners to concentrate for a shorter period of time in comparison to a film and drama. Third, there are possibilities for a cultural debate. Fourth, It overcomes the limitations that a conventional read-intensive Korean language textbooks have. Fifth, it helps Korean cultural adaptations and promotes cultural education. Also, through the analysis of curriculum and Korean language textbooks revealed that the need for cultural education is necessary for immigrant women and there needs to be ways to improve their active participation. Thus, In this study <TV fairy tale red bicycle> was selected due to its application on the cultural adaptation. Furthermore, a model and lesson plan was built from <TV fairy tale red bicycle>. It references to the teaching model based from Allan(1985) and Imgyeongsun(2006). These are effective uses of visual media culture education, communication training, and identify education for immigrant women. I hope this research helps learners and provides a follow-up study for cultural and educational video media.
