음악치료사의 치료현장 내 팀 협력 현황과 기대수준 조사

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사 106명을 대상으로 치료 현장 내 팀 협력현황과 협력수준 및 팀 협력에 대한 기대수준을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 설문지는 연구 참여자의 일반사항, 팀 협력 현황, 팀 협력에 대한 음악치료사의 기대수준, 총 3개 부분으로 구성되었고 음악치료사 자격증을 소지한 음악치료사 106명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시한 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 전체 응답자의 41.5%(44명)는 팀에 소속되어 있었으며 풀타임 치료사의 팀 소속 비율은 83.3%(24명)로 파트타임 치료사 30%(20명)에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 소속 음악치료사(n=43)의 46.5%(20명)는 복지기관에서 근무하고 있었으며 팀의 타 분야 전문가는 언어재활사의 비율이 15.3%(28명)로 가장 높았다. 셋째, 팀 소속 음악치료사(n=43)의 팀 협력 수준은 50점 만점으로 평균 36점이었으며 기관 유형에 따른 팀 협력 수준에는 유의미한 차이는 없었지만(p<.05) 복지기관은 치료진행과정에서‘내담자 치료방향에 대한 최종 결정권’(p=.019),‘치료 종결 시 결과에 대한 책임’(p=.017)수준에서 의료기관, 사설치료 기관과의 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 마지막으로 팀 협력에 대한 음악치료사의 기대 수준은 70점 만점에 평균 56.95로 높은 편이었으며 팀 소속 여부에 따른 기대수준(p<.05), 음악치료사 경력과 기대수준의 상관관계(p<.01)는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 음악치료사의 치료현장에서 팀 협력의 수준을 알 수 있는 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 또한 팀 협력에 대한 높은 기대수준을 통해 음악치료사가 팀 협력의 효과에 대해서 긍정적으로 인식하고 있음을 확인하였다.;The purpose of the study is to examine the level, present condition, and expectation level of team collaboration in the therapeutic field by conducting a survey of music therapists in Republic of Korea. The questionnaire is composed of 3 parts; general information of the participant, present team collaboration condition, and the participant’s expectation level of team collaboration. The result of an online survey of 106 music therapists with Music Therapy certificate is as follows. 41.5%(44 people) of the total respondents were affiliated to a team, and affiliation rate of full-time therapists scored 83.3%(20 people) which was far higher than part-time therapists’affiliation rate scoring 30%(24 people). Secondly, among music therapist who belong to a team (n=43), 46.5%(20 people) appeared to work in social welfare institutions, and speech-language pathologists took the highest possession of other field specialists in teams scoring 15.3%(28 people). Thirdly, music therapists who belong to a team (n=43) scored 36 out of 50 in team collaboration expectation level, and there were no significant difference of team collaboration level among clinical institutions in different forms (p<.05). However, there were significant difference between social welfare institutions and medical institutions or private therapy centers (p<.05) in regard to ‘who has the right of final decision’(p=.019), and ‘responsibility of the result of therapy’(p=017). Finally, the average of music therapists’expectation level of team collaboration appeared to be 56.95 out of 70 which is generally high, and the difference of expectation level according to whether being affiliated to a team or not(p<.05) and correlation of expectation level and career of music therapists (p <.05) did not show significance. As a result, this study has significance for presenting information about the level of team collaboration in music therapists‘ therapy fields. Additionally, the high score of expectation level confirms that music therapists recognize the effect of team collaboration positively.
