근로청소년의 여가와 그 이용실태에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

선진국에서는 노동법 혹은 노무자의 후생복지를 위한 법을 국가에서 제정하여 여러가지 시책을 강구하고 있으나 우리나라는 아직도 이러한 문제에 큰 관심을 갖지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 기계문명의 발달에 따라서 생기는 작업시간의 단축과 여가시간의 증대는 근로자로 하여금 많은 자유시간을 갖을 수 있게 하였다. 그런데 이러한 많은 자유 시간이 과연 어떻게 이용되고 있는가를 알아보는 일은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구의 목적은 근로청소년의 여가문제가 그들 개개인의 건강생활이나 활동면에 어느정도 영향을 미치고 있으며 나아가 사회적으로나 국가적으로 어느정도 중요한 문제인가를 알아보기 위하여 그 실태를 조사하는데 있다. 여가 실태를 조사하기 위하여 대상자를 기계류 및 철공, 가발 및 제약회사, 출판 및 음료회사등의 직종에서 각각 선정하였다. 그들의 여가이용 실태를 질문지를 사용하여 조사해본 결과 연령은 18~19세로 거의가 미성년들임을 알 수 있으며 학력은 중졸이 가장 높은 상위율을 나타내고 있으며, 일본 근로자들은 고졸이 높은 상위율에 비하면 낮은 학력을 갖고 있다고 보겠다. 또한 그들의 노동시간을 하루 근무시간 근로기준법 8시간을 넘는 긴 작업을 하고 있는 관계로 그들은 충분한 휴식을 취하기를 원하고 있는 실태이다. 특히 기계문명의 발달에 따란 노동시간의 단축과 자유시간의 증대는 반복되는 기계작업의 부품으로 육체적 피로보다 정신적 피로를 더 느끼게 되었다. 그러므로 직장내에서는 근로자들이 명랑한 마음으로;In the civilized countries, many good policies are provided for the welfares of labourers by logislating Law of Labour and the Law of welfares of labourers, but in our country Korea, the government of authority has not paid special consideration yet upon these problems. According to the development of mechanic civilization. the labouring times are shortened, and the Leisure-times for the labourers are increasing, consequently the labourers could get much Leisure-time then before. And such Leisure-times might be used by the labourers, and it is the purpose of this study that how this Leisure-times are used by them, and how it reflects to the health condition of the individual, and upon their activities. Such reflection should be the great problems of our society and nation. So, in this research study, I tried to investigate the real status of the labouring young boys and girls concerning to their Leisure-times and its usage. To investigate th real status of the labouring young boys and girls concerning to their Leisure-times and its usage, I selected the young labouring boys and girls from pharmaceutical company, machinery factory, iron works, wig manufacturing factory and printing company. Through the questionaire system, I investigated the real status of the labouring young boys and girls, and I could get the result as follows: their average ages was 18-19 years old mostly, and their educational level was middle-school graduates most, which is far beyond than that of the Japanese labouring young boys and girls, most of them are high-school graduates. And their labouring hours per day is far more than regular 8 hours labouring which is regulated in the Law of Labourer, consequently most of them desiring to take enough rest. Especially, the mechanic industrial system brought the labouring boys and girls spiritual fatigue than physical fatigue, because they feel them as a part of the machines by repeating the same works constantly. Thus, the employers of these young labouring boys and girls should provide the facilities of recreation for them to make their health promotion as well as for promotion the working effectiveness, because they have no sufficient money and time to have their recreation out of their working places. And also the governement authority should pay some special consideration upon the problem of the recreation for the labouring young boys and girls for the purpose of their delightful working and good health.
