dc.description.abstract여자 중학생을 대상으로 훈련군과 비훈련군의 유산소 능력의 차이와 안정시 및 최대운동후의 혈액성분 변화를 파악하여 훈련효과로서의 유산소 능력의 변화와 운동후 혈액성분 변화를 규명하여 운동계획 수립에 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 훈련군의 최대산소섭취량은 체중당 48㎖/kg·min이며 비훈련 보다 18.6% 더 크다. 2 . 훈련군의 최대심박수는 196.8 beat/min이며 비훈련군 보다 5% 더 낮았다. 3. 안정시와 최대운동후의 적혈구 수는 훈련군이 10.9%, 비훈련군이 3.4% 증가했다. 4. 안정시와 최대운동후의 백혈구 수는 훈련군이 96. 6%, 비훈련군이 71.7% 증가했다. 5. 안정시와 최대운동후의 Hemoglobin은 훈련군이 9.44%, 비훈련군이 4.6% 증가했다. 6. 안정시와 최대운동후의 Hematocrit는 훈련군이 7.5%, 비훈련군이 3.9% 증가했다. 7. 훈련군 및 비훈련군의 평균 적혈구 용적, 평균 적혈구 혈색소용량, 평균 적혈구 혈색소 농도는 안정시와 최대운동후에 차이 있는 변화가 없었다. 이상과 같은 결과로 동일연령의 훈련군에서는 유산소작업능력이 커서 지구성운동시 보다 효율적인 작업을 할 수 있겠으며 혈액성분 또한 운동자극에 대해 신속한 반응으로 적응되고 있음을 알 수 있다.;The purpose of this study was to find change of the oxygen uptake ability and the change of the blood elements during maxim-al work in trained group and untrained group. The total number of subjects was in middle female school. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The maximal oxygen uptake was 47.99ml/kg.min in trained group and 40.47 ml/kg.min in untrained group. Trained group had significantly 7.5ml/kg.min higher maximal oxygen uptake than untrained group. 2. The maximal heart rate was 196.8 beats/min in trained group and 206.63 beats/min in untrained group. The maximal heart rate was significiantly showed 9.83 beats/min (P < .02) lower in trained group than in untrained group. 3. In the change of blood elements before and after maximal work, the number of erthrocyte in trained group increased from 382.3 10^(6)/㎣ to 486.10^(6)/㎣ (p < .001) and in untrained group increased from 445.29 10^(6)/㎣ to 460.59 10^(6)/㎣ (p < .05). 4. In the change of the number of leucocyte before and after maximal work, the number of leucocyte in trained group increased from 6057.14/㎣ to 11907.14/㎣ to 14278.57/㎣ (p < .01). 5. In the change of the mass of hemoglobin before and after maximal work, the mass of hemoglobin in trained group increased from 11.76 g/dl to 12.87 g/dl (p < .001) and in untrained group increased from 13.9 g/dl to 14.54 g/dl. 6. In the change of the value of hematocrit before and after maximal work, the value of hematocrit in trained group increased from 35.5% to 38.17% (p < .001) and in untrained group increased from 40.41% to 42.29%. 7. Mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration before and after maximal work in trained group and untrained group had no change. As the result of the above, it was significiantly found that trained group with same age could have more efficient work capacity in endurance exercise because of their higher oxygen uptake ability than untrained group. And also trained group had quicker vitalreaction in blood elements against stimuli.-
