미술교과 중등과정에 있어서 문자조형의 중요성에 관한 연구

Abstract

문자란 인류상호간에 사상을 교류하는데 언어와 더불어 불가견한 요소로 되어있는 것이다. 처음에는 기호로 만들어진 것이 역사의 변천을 거쳐 오늘날과 같은 많은 종류의 문자가 탄생하여 우리의 문화를 보존하고, 사회에서 없어서는 안될 중요한 위치에 있으며 전달만의 목적은 지닌 것이 아닌, 미적조형을 지닌 문자로 발전되어 우리사회에 즐거움과 아름다움을 줄 수 있도록 발전해야 할 것이다. 이 논문은 이론적배경으로 문자의 역사와 문자가 지닌 기능 즉 문화성, 사회성. 예술성의 세측면에서 고찰하고 분자의 과거부터 현재까지 발전해온 여러가지 체를 한글을 중심으로 한문과 영문을 비교 검토하였고, 문자가 미술교자 영역에서 차지하는 범위를 타단원과 연결시켜 교육에서의 목표를 살펴보았다. 그리고 일반인과 간판업자에 대한 설문을 통계 분석하였고 도시거리의 사각공해인 간관문자의 예로서 사진을 제시하고 ""로고타잎'의 문자체를 수집하여 수록하였다. 문자에 대한 관심을 많이 가지고 있으나 실제로 거리간판문자의 미적 조형에 관심을 두고 있지 않은 일반인들의 안목을 높이기 위해서는 미래를 이끌어 갈 현 학생들에게, 실제로 도안하는것 보다는 둔자조형에 관심을 두고 문자의 미적조형에 중점을 든 수업이 되어야 하며 편파적인 수업이 아니고 교사의 많은 영향을 받지않은 창조적인 미술수업이 되어야 할 것이다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 도시간관문자를 수집한 슬라이드 교육을 통해 학생들을 지도하는 것이 앞으로 사회를 이끌어 나갈 일반인이 되었을 때 창조적인 우리한글을 미적조형으로 아름답게 가꾸어 거리의 시각공해를 해소시킨 수 있는 안목이 될 수 있을 것이다.;Letters not only play a big role to interchange mutual human thoughts together with speech but also are indispensable factor. In the beginning, the letters were no more than the presentation of the signs of speech, but a various kinds of letters of today come into existence through the changes of history. Thus the letters come into contribution to preservation of our culture and the letters which occupy a very important position to our community should be improved up to the letters which involve an aethetic modeling by way of not having an object of communication in the future, and then the betterment of such letters should be conducive to a sense of delight and beauty to our community. This report has contemplated from a side view of function which history of the letter- and the its letters entertain a theoretical background---- namely, the nature of culture, sociality and the nature of arts, and a various styles af the letters which have been developing from past to present (from generation to generation) made a comparative study of English and Chinese characters laying stress on Korean. The scope which enters into possession in the domain of arts subject has observed the goal of education by the letters in connection with other units. The questionaire on common people and sign painters was analyzed and taken statistics, and photographs which formed a visual pollution of towns and cities' street were presented as an example of the sign board letters, and collected and recorded the letter style o ""Logotype"" Common people are very interested in the letters, but in fact, students would rather learn putting emphasis on the aethetic modeling of the letters than make a design based on an actual interest with the letter arts at the present secondary school in order to raise the moral of the common people, who are not concerned with the aethetic modeling of the sign board letters displaying on streets here and there, and otherwise it should not become one-sided lessons, and lessons should be creative one which would not be much effected by teachers. In doing thus and so) when the students become an adult to command this community in the future) they will make our creative Korean with the aethetic modeling beautiful) and it, therefore, should have discrimination which would be able to bring about a minimum eradication of the visual pollution.
