생활환경과 색채조절

Abstract

이 논문은 우리의 생활상에 미학적, 기능적, 심리적인 입장에서 색채를 적절히 조절할 수 있는 방법을 모색해 보려고 한 것이다. 인간은 자연적인 색채를 이용하고 또 가미하여 인공적인 환경으로 변화시켜 왔으며 이러한 환경은 다시 인간을 지배하기에 이르렀다. 색채는 한 공간의 구조적설계에 미치는 영향은 없으나 그 공간의 분□기의 인상을 결정지워 주는데 큰 의미를 갖는 것이다. 따라서 우리는 한 공간에 속한 색을 보고 그 공간이 지닌 장소로서의 용도와 조화된 균형 등 전체적인 척도를 인식하게 되는 것이다. 색채가 지닌 일반적인 개념과 환경과의 조화가 이루어졌을 때 공간의 감정은 일치하게 된다. 그러므로 색채의 효용은 과학이나 그 응용인 공학분야에 까지도 인정되어 측색학이나 배색학이 발달되었으며 이것은 색채에 대해 민감하게 반응하는 현대인의 정신 속에 구체적으로 나타나게 되었다. 환경의 색채는 무의식적으로 사람의 기분이나 기질, 의욕에 영향을 주어 감정과 태도, 행동으로 나타나는 것이다. 색채는 이미 인간이 존재함에 있어서 합리적인 성격을 가진 미의 대상으로 뿐만 아니라, 현대도시사회의 특징이며 도시악의 요인인 상업주의에 의한 다양한 색채의 선부장으로서 실용을 가미한 세계에로 영향력을 증가시켰다. 그러므로 현대생활에 제시된 색채들은 미학적인데서 심리, 기능적인데로까지 확대되어 가고 있는 것이다. 우리들의 실생활에 있어서의 합리적 배색방법은 더욱 아름답고 풍부하며 조화되고 질서있는 삶을 즐기게 하여 심신이 안정되고 의욕적인 활력소를 불어넣을 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 색채를 활용할 때 적어도 색채가 가지고 있는 심리적인 특성을 이해하지 않고서는 효과를 거두지 못할 것이다. 과거에는 색채를 미의 대상으로서만 취급하고 개성적이고 독창적인 것으로서만 요구한 까닭에 색채와 생활과의 관련성에 소홀해 왔다. 그러나 현대같이 부단히 계속되는 산업발전과 경제성장을 위해, 또한 생활공간이 요구하는 최소한의 효율적인 생활환경을 조성할 수 있는 적절한 배색으로서 색채를 조절할 시기가 된 것이다. 색의 배색이란 보다 이론적이고 과학적이고 객관적으로 조화를 이루었을 때 바람직한 환경을 형성할 수 있다고 본다. 관념적인 배색은 현대사회가 희구하는 시대감각과는 상반되는 현상을 흔히 볼 수 있다. 그러나 급변하는 생활양식의 변천과 서구문화의 도입은 보다 효율적인 생활환경조성을 바라고 있기 때문에 점차 색채조절의 필요성을 인식함으로써 제시된 색채환경의 배색을 기능적이고 미학적으로 조절해 나가야 할 것이며 생활자의 객관적이 요소와 환경적인 요소를 일치시키기 위하여 끊임없는 노력이 있어야 할 것이다.;This thesis is described to clear that how we can make good use of a color in the aesthetic, functional and mental view of our life. We have utilized and arranged the colors naturally or artificially to make better living conditions and now we are imbued with this way of life. A certain atmosphere and environment comes to life with this way of life. A certain atmosphere and environment comes to life with employing the colors profitably but, it, is not affected in the structural scheme by the colors. Thus we see a new meaning in general measuring of harmonized balance and various purposes of surroundings. When the harmony of color in itself and circumstances are balanced, we have the feeling in the space. So the effective value on the colors is acknowledge by the natural scientists and applied scientists. In this way the method of using the colors has developed gradually. This has come out concretely to the sensitive response of spirit of the moderns on the coloring. Coloring harmonized with the circumstances influences to man's feelings, human nature and intention unconsciously and it is expressed to the emotional, mental attitude and action of man. Coloration, not only as the object of beauty having the reasonable character simultaneously with the existence of human beings but also as the advertisement of the tool of commercialism which is the characteristic of modern society and the factor of social vice, bas influmenced increasingly and feasibly to the real life. Therefore the problems of the colors proposed to the modern society are being grown psychologically and functionally as well as aesthetically. A rational way to coloring scheme in our daily life situation could bring us an encouraging vitality and it also helps us to live a rich and otable life and even a more beautiful life through the stabilization both mentally and physically with it. Accordingly for the practical application af such a color, we have to understand the psychological characters on every colors above all. That is to say, we can't make any effectiveness about the use of color without, knowing it. In the past years, the co1or was only considered just as an object of beauty, and it was also required as only a originality or individual character. At the result of that, we've neglected the interrelationship between colors and real life situation. But, far the rapid economic growth or continuous industrial development in this society, it's time we had te adjust the colors to make an effective life-environment to the minimum which the space of life needs. As to the coloring scheme, a more theoretical and objective balance of it can only make the life-environment worderful. The idealistic coloring scheme sometimes finds itself contrary to the current feeling needed in modern society. But, because the rapidly changed mode of life and the induction of Western culture needes the made-up of more effective life-circumstance, with the gradual understanding of the necessity af color adjustment we should not only adjust the coloring scheme in the given color-circumstance functionally or aesthetically but also continuous1y try to combine the objective factors with circumstantial factors for us.
