- 信用經濟의 象徵으로 利用되는 Credit Card가 資本主義 經濟體制를 前提로 하여 Cashless Society의 具現을 위한 한 方法으로 試圖 되었다. 그러나 우리 나라에서는 짧은 使用期間, 尖端情報技術과 施設의 不足, 消費者를 爲한 規制法規의 未備 等 여러가지 問題로 因하여 消費者의 意識水準, 去來慣行, 發行企業의 經營技法은 Credit Card가 普遍化 되기에는 未洽한 狀態에 있다. 그 結果 家計의 不均衡은 勿論 家族의 人權을 侵害 當하는 複合問題가 發生되고 있다. 따라서 本 硏究는 Credit Card를 새로운 家族資源으로 消費者의 主體的 選擇에 依하여 使用될 수 있도록 關聯 資料를 提示하고자 한다.
이러한 硏究의 目的을 達成하기 爲하여 未婚職業人 또는 幼稚園, 初, 中, 高, 大學生을 둔 家庭의 家口主 600名을 Credit Card會員 非會員으로 나누어 質問紙 調査를 實施 하였다.
S.P.S.S Program에 依한 資料 分析 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, Credit Card 會員 非會員의 社會人口學的 要因比較에서 會員은 非會員보다 家口主의 敎育水準, 職業, 同居家口員數, 主觀的 生活水準 評價에서 더 큰 影響을 미치는 要因으로 나타났다.
둘째, Credit Card 會員, 非會員간의 意識面에 關한 比較에서 會員은 Credit Card에 對한 理解程度와 有用性에 높은 水準의 反應을 보이고, 非會員은 使用上의 問題點에 높은 水準의 反應을 보였다. 따라서 理解程度 有用性, 使用上의 問題點에 關聯된 變因에 會員·非會員간에는 有意的인 差異가 나타났다.
또 Credit Card制度에 適合한 價値性向은 會員, 非會員 모두 有意的 差異가 없이 肯定的인 反應을 보였다.
세째, Credit Card 會員의 關聯行動 分析에서 衝動購買 行動은 年齡, 職業, 使用回數와 關聯性이 높고 危險에 關한 認知程度는 敎育水準, 職業과 有意的 關聯性이 높게 나타났다. 이것은 Credit Card 制度 運營上의 가장 큰 問題點으로 밝혀졌다.
管理行動은 職業과 높은 有意的 關聯을 가지며 消極的인 部分만 肯定的 反應을 보이고 他人 또는 本人에 依한 不正使用을 豫防하기에는 未洽한 程度였다.
Credit Card 管理狀況은 會員의 職業과 關聯이 많았다.
以上의 結果로서 다음과 같은 結論을 내릴 수 있다.
Credit Card는 敎育水準이 높고 20歲~49歲의 年齡層인 家口員이 대체로 많은 都市勤勞者 平均所得 家庭의 家族 資源으로서 長期生活計劃에 依해 主體的으로 使用하는 것이 家計管理에 有用하다고 把握되었다.
Credit Card에 對한 價値性向의 適合性과 衝動購買 行動可能性은 年齡이 낮을수록 높은 水準으로 나타났다.
Credit Card로 因한 問題 發生 原因은 消費者의 管理行動, 政府規制法規의 適正化, 發行企業의 危險防止를 爲한 消費者 福祉投資, 加盟店의 倫理性 順으로 指摘되었다.
앞으로의 效果的인 使用을 爲하여 便利性, 安全性에 對한 계속적인 硏究와 20代 未滿의 未來 家庭管理者를 對象으로 Credit Card의 具體的인 機能과 그 逆機能에 對한 啓蒙的 敎育이 倂行되어야 하겠다.;Credit card, used as a symbol of the credit economy, was attempted as a means for the realization of a cashless society under the assumption of the capitalistic economic system. But in our country, because of the various problems, such as the short period of using, the insufficient ultra-modern information technics and institutions, the unpreparedness of consumer acts, the awareness of the consumers, the dealing customs in business, and the administrative technics of the generalized institutions, Credit Card is Still in the Unsatisfactory State to be realized. As the result, the mixed problems- not only the imbalance of domestic economy but also the violation on the family's rights- have been brought about.
This study, therefore, is intended to present the related data so that credit card can be used as the family resources by the independent choice of the consumers .
For the purpose of this study, questionaires were given to 600 of unmarried workers and the heads of household of the students attending kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, high schools or colleges. This groups were divided into those who have been using credit cards (members) and those who not (non -members).
The summarized results of the data-analysis by S.P.S.S. program are below:
1) By the social demographic factors comparison, the educational background, job, the family size and the subjective living standard of the household of the data are highly related to becoming members.
2) By the comparison of the awareness of the members with the non-members, the members responded highly to the appreciated state and benefit about credit card, while the non-members responded highly to the problems in using. Therefore, the meaningful differences in the variables elated to the appreciated state, benefits, and problems in using credit card were appeared. And the value inclination fit to credit card system for both the members and the non-members showed a positive response without any meaningful differences.
3) By the related behavior analysis of the members, the impulsive purchase behavior appeared highly co-related with the age, job, and using frequency. The appreciating degree about danger appeared highly co-related with the educational background and job. This fact became the greatest problem of the credit card system operation. Managerial be havior has a meaningful relation to job, and shows a positive response only in the minor parts. This is inadequate for preventing the unfaithful use violating laws. The managing state of credit card is highly co-related with their jobs of the members.
From the above result, the following conclusions can be summarized :
1) It was shown that credit card is useful in the domestic economic management, when used as the chief object by the long-period scheme, as the resources of the family of the highly educated urban workers who are of the age between 20 years and 49 years with average income.
2) It was shown that the fitness of the value inclination about credit card and the probability of the impulsive purchase behavior highly appeared as the ages are younger.
3) It was shown that the causes of the problems arisen because of credit card were indicated in the order as followings such as a managerial behavior of the consumers, the fitness of the government control regulation, the investment for the consumer well-being in order to prevent the danger of the industries issueing credit cards, and the morality of chain stores handling credit cards.
4) It was shown that the continuous study about the conveniences and the safety of credit card for future effective use and the enlightening education of the concrete functions and antifunctions of credit card for the future domestic managers must be paralleled.
