韓國 節食風俗의 生活文化的 考察

Abstract

風俗은 生活文化의 거짖없는 반영이다. 祖上의 生活의 거울이며 民族의 슬기와 얼의 꾸밈없는 表現이다. 그러므로 風俗은 우리의 精神文化요, 生活文化요, 民族文化이다. 따라서 이와같은 生活文化의 하나인 歲時風俗(週期傳承的 儀禮行事인 年中行事)의 연구는 우리나라 文化의 本質을 究明하는 작업의 일환이라 할 수 있다. 한 民族의 食生活은 自然的 背景을 基底로 하고, 歷史의 변천에 따라 時代的 背景의 영향을 받으면서 형성된 고유한 傳統文化의 하나이다. 따라서 우리나라 傳統文化의 하나인 食生活文化를 이해하고, 그 傳統을 새 시대에 적응, 조화시키기 위해서는 이와같은 節食風俗의 硏究가 必然的인 것이라 생각한다. 그러므로 本 硏究者는 이와같은 것을 기본목적으로 하고, 「東國歲時記」, 「京都雜誌」, 「洌陽歲時記」와 같은 現存하는 「歲時記」를 中心으로 하면서 그간 발표된 이 관계의 諸 論考와 서적을 조사·분석 考察하였다. 제Ⅰ장에서 節食風俗의 意義 및 硏究目的·硏究方法을 기술 하였고 제Ⅱ장에서는 節食風俗의 내용을 정리 하였다. 제Ⅲ장에서는 節食風俗의 내용에 따라 그 由來와 기원에 얽힌 現代的·文化的 背景에 대한 分析·考察을 하였다. 주로 自然과 節食風俗, 農耕儀禮와 節食風俗, 民間信仰과 節食風俗 및 계절적인 保養관리·벽邪的 意義에 관점을 두고 考察하였다. 그 考察결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. (1) 農耕儀禮와 民間信仰을 背景으로 한 節食風俗 : 正月元日 節食 上元 節食 二月朔日 節食 端午 節食 流頭 節食 秋夕 節食 十月상달 節食 臘享 節食 다시 細分하면; 가. 농경의 豫祝·占豊行事를 배경으로 한 節食風俗 : 正月元日 節食 上元 節食 나. 勸農사상을 背景으로 한 節食風俗; 二月朔日 節食 다. 播種儀禮를 背景으로 한 節食風俗; 重三 節食 라. 成長儀禮를 背景으로 한 節食風俗; 端午 節食 流頭 節食 마. 收穫감사儀禮를 背景으로 한 節食風俗; 秋夕 節食 十月상달 節食 (2) 벽邪的 意義를 갖는 節食風俗 : 上元 節食 端午 節食 流頭 節食 三伏 節食 冬至 節食 秋夕 節食 (3) 季節的 生産性과 밀접한 관계가 있는 節食風俗; 三月삼짇날 節食 重九 節食 臘享 節食 (4) 특수 宗敎文化(佛敎)를 背景으로 한 節食風俗; 四月八日 燈夕 節食 (5) 保養, 補身을 위한 節食風俗; 三伏節食 (6) 風流的 節食風俗; 重三節食 重九節食 (7) 이미 사라져간 節食風俗; 上元과 三伏의 節食風俗 立春日의 五辛盤 臘享 節食 端午의 醍호湯 이다.;Custom and habits are the cultural life itself. It says how our ancestors lived, thought and expressed. It also affects directly to way of lives, spirits and racial characteristics. This leads to the fact that the study on the seasonal occasions in Korea is a study on general characteristics of Korean culture. The way of life is conditioned by the natural circumstances and affected by the social circumstances, and forms gradually into a tradition. Therefore, in order to understand our Korean traditional customs and habits, it is required that such a study as the research on seasonal occasions is indespensable. Biographies are taken from references on "seasonal occasions"; "Dong gook Sei Si Ki", "Kyung Do chapgi" and "Yol Young Sei Si Ki". The definition and purpose of this study is said in chapter I. In chapter II, seasonal deceasions are explained. In chapter III, origins of the seasonal occasions are studied. The study is summarized as follow.
