Abstract

The purpose of this study was to classify Characteristics of Korean Teenager's Sexuality and' Teens Attitude and Action about sex in korea. Above all, 1 inquired about their experience of sex education, contents of sex education, resources of sexual knowledge, experience and frequency of meeting with sex mass media, the case of a sexual desire and experience of sexual relations and practicing masturbation, Second, I inquired about experience of sex information and parents' attitude of sexual act. Third, I inquired into the influence of general sense of value and related culture toward teens' sexual culture and their attitude and action. For the purpose of this study was conducted on 719 school students for-both sex, involving second grade of middle school and high school in Ansan in Kyounggido. The survey questionaries are based on Khyunju's questionary, I performed the Frequency Analysis, Trust Verification, F-test Duncan's Multiple Range Test, One-way Anova, Tropic Analysis with using SPSS 11.0 WINDOWS program for analyzing of this sturdy were as follows. 1) Student who had a sex education have strong sexual imitation after watching pornography. On the other hand, students who didn't have a sex education have more experience to watch sex mass media -that is, the frequency of watching sex mass media is even higher. Generally, students have a sex education about a wet dream, menstruation, ovulation, a physiological function, contraception, a venereal disease and about general sexual education; the second grade of high school students about general sexual education. In addition, according to the experience of an acquaintance with the other sex, students who are a second grade in high school have the more experience of acquaintance of the opposite sex, However, there are a few students who practice masturbation according to the surrey of masturbation action. As a result, most students feel guilty and think of being continent. 2) I look into a sex education and parents' attitude about sexual culture. According to the survey, students who had a sex education have strong sexual imitation through the porno. In contrast, students who didn't have Jess experience to watch sex mass media, so the frequency of contacting prono in low. The parents' attitude doesn't have influence on sexual culture. 3) According to the general value influence of sexual value, sexual value has a meaningful effect on patriarchal system, involving a social population characteristics such as grade, gender, record, and general value like successful value, in vidual value and related cultures such as dance, singing, chatting with a close friend group that gets rid of stress. For, example, the second grade students of middle school have stronger patriarchal sexual idea than the second grade students of high school : boys rather than girls, students in low rank grade rather than students in high rank grade. Moreover, students who have successful due and individual value have strong patriarchal sexual idea, However, some groups which get rid of stress have week patriarchal sexual idea. Girls have week sexual imitation through the porno rather than boys, but a close friend groups have strong sexual imitation through it. The Junior students have weaker pent-up sexual feeling than senior students. Boys and high rank level students have stronger pent-up sexual feeling than girls and low rank level students. The more students are liberated and collective, the more pent-up feeling is strong. Some students who have close relations with their parents have weak pent-up sexual, feeling. Also, some students who get rid of their stress through dancing, singing and chatting, etc have strong pent-up sexual feeling. Some students who want to receive much recognition have strong pent-up sexual feeling. To sum up the survey, in terns of teenager's sexual culture, students who have a sex education don't have deep sex knowledge. Also, the second grade students of middle school who learn sex knowledge from teachers at the school don't know sex knowledge. In the case of sexual desire, boys percentage in sharply higher than girls percentage because boys' sex is temporary and boys have impulsive tendency. There is sharply no difference between students who have sex education and students who don't have sex education because they get a little sex knowledge from teacher at the school. Furthermore, because they receive a distorted sex though the internet, teenagers don't have right identity about sex by themselves. Therefore, this study shows that teens need to have right sex values and sex awareness. This study catches hold of Korean students' sexual cultural as many variation as it possible. Through this statistical survey, this study means that it can use for educating sex as the basic material.;본 연구는 한국 청소년의 정에 대한 행동과 태도를 조사하여 청소년 성문화의 실태를 알아보고자 하였으며 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 성문화는 성교육을 받은 경험유무, 성교육을 받은 내용, 성에 대한 지식을 얻은 원천, 성지식 내용, 성표현물을 접한 경험 및 빈도, 성충동을 일으키는 경우, 이성친구와 교제한 경험여부와 자위행위에 대한 경험여부를 통해 조사하였다. 둘째, 성교육을 받은 경험유무와 부모님의 태도에 따른 성행동과 태도의 차이에 대해 알아보았다. 셋째, 청소년들의 가치관과 주변문화가 그들의 성에 대한 태도와 행동(성가치관과 성문화)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 경기도 안산의 남녀공학 중고등학교 각각 1개교의 중2와 고2 남녀 학생 719명이었고 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설문지 문항은 강현주(2000)의 문항을 참고하여 구성하였고, 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 11.0 WINDOWS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 요인분석, 상관관계, 일원변량분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 청소년의 성문화 내용으로서 이들이 성교육을 받는 주된 내용은 몽정, 월경, 배란 등의 생리적 작용, 피임, 성병, 자위에 대한 교육을 가장 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 전반적인 성지식에 있어서 학년 집단별 전반적인 성지식에 있어 유의한 차이를 보이는데 고2 학생들이 중2 학생들에 비해 전반적인 성지식 점수가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 이성교제 경험여부에 대한 결과는 고2의 경우에는 이성교제 경험이 있는 학생이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 자위행위에 대한 결과는 자위행위를 하는 학생은 소수였다. 대부분 죄의식을 느끼며 절제해야 한다고 생각했다. 두 번째, 성교육을 받은 경험이 있는 학생이 성가치관 중 포르노를 통한 모방적 성관념을 더 가지고 있었다. 반면에 성교육을 받은 경험이 없는 학생들은 성표현물을 보는 빈도가 더 높았다. 부모님의 태도는 성문화에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 성가치관에 대한 일반가치관의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 가부장적 성관념에는 포함된 사회인구학적 특성 학년, 성, 성적과, 일반가치관 중 학력, 성공주의적 가치관과 개인주의적 가치관이, 주변문화 중 춤, 노래, 채팅 등을 통한 스트레스 해소와 친한 친구집단이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고2보다는 중2 학생이 가부장적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났고, 여학생보다는 남학생이, 성적이 상위권인 학생보다 하위권의 학생이 가부장적 성관념이 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 학력, 성공주의적 가치관이 강한 사람이 가부장적 성관념이 강하게 나타났고, 개인주의적 가치관이 강한 사람이 가부장적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 춤, 노래, 채팅등을 통한 스트레스 해소를 하는 집단이 가장 가부장적인 성관념이 약하게 나타났다. 남학생보다 여학생이 포르노를 통한 모방적 성관념이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 친한 친구 집단이 있을수록 포르노를 통한 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 고2보다 중2가 억압적 성관념이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 여학생보다 남학생이, 성적이 하위권보다 상위권일수록 억압적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 자유주의적 가치관을 가진 학생일수록, 집단주의적 가치관을 가진 학생일수록, 억압적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 부모님과의 교류가 많은 학생일수록 억압적 성관념이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 춤, 노래, 채팅 등을 통해 스트레스를 해소하는 학생일수록 억압적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 인정받기 위한 부담감이 많은 학생일수록 억압적 성관념이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해보면, 청소년의 성문화의 내용에는 성교육을 받는 학생들이 깊은 성지식을 가지고 있지 못하고 있었고, 또한 성에 대한 지식을 주로 학교에서나 선생님께 배우고 있는 중2의 경우에는 더 성지식에 대해 알고 있지 못하고 있었다. 성충동을 느끼는 경우는 여학생보다 남학생이 현저하게 높은 비율을 나타냈는데 청소년기 남학생들의 성은 일시적이고 충동적인 성향을 가지고 있기 때문에 이런 결과를 가져온 것으로 보인다. 성교육을 받은 학생과 받지 않은 학생의 차이가 현저하게 나타나지 않는 원인은 학교나 선생님을 통해 얕은 지식만을 얻고 있고, 인터넷이나 컴퓨터를 통하여 왜곡된 성을 받아들이고 있기 때문에 청소년들 스스로 성에 대해 올바른 정체감을 가지기가 힘든 것으로 결론지을 수 있겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 상황 가운데 한국의 청소년들의 올바른 성가치관과 성의식을 가지고 이성교제를 할 수 있도록 하는 것과 한국 청소년의 성문화에 대해 가능한 한 여러 변수를 다루어 전체적인 실태를 파악하였고, 이를 통해 앞으로의 교육에 이용할 수 있는 기초자료로 이용하는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
