집단탐구 수업 모형을 적용한 중학교 가정과 교수-학습 방법의 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 Thelen의 집단탐구수업 모형을 근거로 하여, 중학교 가정과 교과 과정의 '인간발달과 가족관계'영역의 학습지도안을 개발하여 제시한 것이다. 가정과 교육이 가정생활 및 사회생활에서의 문제를 해결해 가는 과정을 통해 가족의 행복을 유지, 증진시키고 궁극적으로는 인간의 삶의 질을 높이고 인류 발전에 공헌하도록 하는데 도움을 주는 교과라고 볼 때 가정과 교육이 가정 생활 및 사회 상황의 변화에 대응하고 가정과 교육 현실의 문제점을 개선하여 가정과 교육의 유용성과 효율성을 높이기 위해서 많은 노력들이 요구된다. 그 중에서도 특히 교수-학습의 방법적 측면에서의 연구와 노력은 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 가정과 교육의 본질과 집단탐구 수업 모형에 관한 문헌 및 선행 연구의 고찰 내용을 이론적 기초로 삼아 중학교 3학년 가정 '가족에 대한 이해' 단원을 선정하여 학습 지도안을 구성하였다. Thelen의 집단탐구 수업모형은 사회적 의미를 가진 지식의 교육은 타인과의 충돌을 줄이는 타협의 방법으로 이루어진다고 보고 탐구, 지식, 학습 집단의 역동이라는 세 가지 핵심 개념을 중심으로 개발되었다. 이 모형은 교사가 사전에 조직되고 미리 결정된 정보의 수용보다는 지식의 문제 해결 측면을 바라는 곳에서 모든 교과 영역 및 모든 연령의 학생들에게 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 연구된 학습 지도안은 민주적 과정과 공동 학습을 통해 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 주며 이상적인 시민을 양성하기 위한 집단탐구 수업모형의 목적과 개인 및 가정의 복지 증진, 궁극적으로는 사회의 복지 향상을 저해하는 가정의 문제점을 스스로 해결해 나갈 수 있도록 도와주는 것에 사명을 두는 가정과 교육의 성격에 적합하도록 구성하였다. 그래서 가정의 기능과 변화, 가족 생활 주기와 발달과업, 가족 구성원 사이에서의 의사 소통에 관하여 학생들 스스로 탐구 문제를 설정하게 하였다. 그리고 이를 해결해 가는 과정에서 이 수업 모형을 통해 얻게 되는 사고력과 탐구력의 신장, 또한 가정과 교육을 통해 길러 주어야 할 창의력, 문제 해결 능력, 의사 소통 능력의 향상을 목적으로 하여 학습 지도만을 개발하였다. 특히 가정과 교과의 실천적인 면에 주안점을 두고 다음과 같은 절차를 거쳤다. 첫째, 가정과 교과의 특성, 가정과 교육과정의 특징을 고려하여 이 수업 모형에 가장 적합하다고 여겨지는 중학교 가정 3학년 내용인 '가족에 대한 이해' 단원을 선정하였다. 둘째, 선정된 단원의 내용을 분석하여 집단탐구 활동으로 해결할 수 있는 탐구 요소와 탐구 문제를 추출하였다. 셋째, 추출된 탐구 문제를 분류한 뒤 집단탐구 학습 지도안을 작성하였다.;This story was to develop and to suggest a lesson plan for the area of 'Human Development and Family Relationship' in Home Economics curriculum for junior high school, bsed on 'Group Investigation Model' of Thelen's study. The nature of Home Economics education is to seek to maintain or to develop the quality of human life through problem solving under certain conditions of society, home and family life. We need to put much efforts to improve its usefulness and effectiveness, especially through the collective efforts of teaching methods. In this article, I composed a content of "Understanding of Family" for 3rd grade in middle school Home Economics which based on group investigation model and its researches. Group investigation model by Thelen was developed from the theory that education which special purpose such as societic knowledge is a method to lesson one's conflict. This study was further developed from three main concept : inquiry, knowledges and activities of learning group. This model can be used for any age and any subjects in order to solve the arised problems, rather than to accept pre-organized and pre-decided informations. The study methods for this article is to help to solve the problems through common sense study and democratic process also order to make a group investigation model for ideal citizens, the will to have better life style and family and to develop the right concepts of educational methods to help to resolve one's problems by one's own abilities. Therefore, let students themselves to creates the questions for functions, and changes of home, communication among family members. And through the solving processes, we are seek to have abilities to learn, to think, to research, and to communicate with ourselves as a whole society. This study is organized around activities for seeking and practicing the rages of action to create dispersal home. First, I choose one chapter for the understanding of family that concerns and suitable for. Second, To analyzed and to organize the problems from the chosen chapter and problem. Third, The chosen problem are re-analyzed and derived, then make model lesson for group investigation.
