Abstract
고온 초전도산화물인 Y_(1)Ba_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-y) 계 에서 Ba 를 이보다 이온반경이 작은 Sr 로 치환한 Y_(1)Ba_(2-x)Sr_(x)Cu_(3)O_(7-y)계 산화물을 만들어 각각 X-선 회절실험, SEM 관찰, 자화율측정, 및 저항측정을 통해 물리적 특성을 알아 보았다. X = 0 인 경우보다 c 축과 volume, 그리고 임계온도가 낮아졌고 b 축도 약간 감소하였다. X = 0.35 의 시료는 초전도상을 벗어난것으로 밝혀졌다. 임계온도의 감소는 치환에 따른 산소이탈이 구조내의 산소농도를 감소시켰기 때문이라고 생각되며, 또한 치환된 Sr 자리의 국소적 비틀림에 의한 영향도 클것이라고 생각된다.;The sample ( for x=0, x=0.01, x=0.1, x=0.35) in Y_(1)Ba_(2-x)Sr_(x)Cu_(3)O_(7-y) systems were prepared in terms of powdered ceramics and sintered in constant temperature 950℃ at air atmosphere. It was analyzed respectively that samples were measured X-ray pattern, magnetic moment, and resistivity, and observed SEM photo graph. For the range of 0≤ x <0.l, the X-ray diffraction measurement showed that the material remains orthorhombic. For x=0.35, did not show a zero resistance at low temperature. Hence, this was not superconductor. Tc decreases as the particle substitution of Sr for Ba. The depression of Tc is due to the local distortion of the lattice in the neighborhood of the Sr site and the introduction of additional oxygen vacancies.
