Abstract
現代의 陸上種目은 高度로 向上되어 훈련과 내용의 效果를 증진시키기 위한 새로운 方法들을 要求하고 있다. 本 硏究는 멀리뛰기 動作을 촬영 운동학적 분석을 通하여, 도움닫기(Approach) 발구름(take off) 공중동작(airbone movement) 착지(landing)의 一連의 動作 過程을 수행하는데 영향을 주는 변인들을 밝혀내어 숙련자와 미숙련자의 技術 水準間 차이점을 糾明하여 멀리 뛰기를 訓練하거나 指導하는데 基礎資料를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 피험자의 局面別 動作分析을 위해 12개의 점을 좌표화하여 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용, 실제 記錄距離를 만들어 내는데 제한요소인 높이변인 각변인, 거리변인 등을 계산하였다. 필림분석을 통하여 변수의 변화를 비교 분석하여 연구결과로 부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 발구름전 세번째 보폭과 마지막 보폭에 비해 2보전 보폭이 확실히 긴 생태로 숙련자 미숙련자가 같은 유형으로 나타났으며 발구름시의 수평, 수직속도는 숙련자가 0.86m/sec, 0.22m/sec 빠르게 나타났다. 2. 각 국면별 높이 변화는 숙련자가 무게중심의 정점고도그 미숙련자에 비해 높게 나타났으며 착지시의 무게중심만은 미숙련자가 높게 나타났다. 3. 발구름시 COG와 발을 잇는 각은 숙련자와 미숙련작가 거의 유사한 각을 나타내고 있으나 실제 도약각은 숙련자가 크게 나타났으며, 착지시의 각은 미숙련자가 숙련자에 비해 매우 크게 나타났다. 4. COG의 비행거리는 실제 기록거리의 숙련자가 81.9%, 미숙련자80.1% 거의 같았으나 전체 COG의 비행거리에서의 하강거리의 비율은 숙련자가 높았고, 상승거리의 비율은 미숙련자가 높은것으로 나타났다.;This study is aiming to provide basic data for training and coaching of distance-jumping, by examining of difference of level between skilled and unskilled, through clarifying the variables which are affecting on the performance of series of motion of Approach, Take-off, Airborne movement, by means of photogra'hing and kinematical analysis. In order to analyze the motion of each phase, the researcher calculated the limiting factor - that is, height variables, angle variables, distance variables and etc. - to the practical record, using computerized program by means of co- ordinates of 12 points. Through the analysis of film, the researcher has reached the following conclusions. 1. Both skilled and unskilled showed same type that stride of the first and second before the take-off was apparently longer than the third and last stride. On take- of , skilled's horizontal and vertical velocity was faster by 0.8 m/sec, 0.22 m/sec respectively. 2. In change of height of each phase, skilled's top height of weight-center was higher than unskilled's, but unskilled's height of landing was higher than skilled's. 3. On take-off, angle Q1 between C.O.G. and foot was similar in both skilled and unskilled, and skilled's jumping angle was bigger than unskilled's, but unskilled's landing angle was bigger than skilled's. 5. Flying distance of C.O.G. was similar in both skilled and unskilled as 81.9%, 80.1% of record distance respectively. But, the ratio of descending distance to flying distance of total C.O.G. was higher in skilled's and the ratio of ascending distance was higher in unskilled's.
