dc.description.abstractThe present study was attempted to investigate the effect of dance exercise on the improvement of motor ability. Comparisons were made between the senior art high school girl students and the general senior high school girl students. Subjects were the 100 second-grade of K art senior high school girl students (Experimental Group) and the 100 second-grade of Y senior high school girl students (Control Group) in TAE-GU ClTY. The experimental and control group received different experimental treatments consisting of different dance education program differing in terms of its content and the number of class hours. Before and after one and half years of experimental treatment, both groups were tested in motor ability tests measuring the performance on 100m run, broad jump, throwing, pull-up, and sit-up. The results were as the following: 1. Dance exercise was effective in improving motor ability; that is, endurance, Specifically, the art senior high school girl students were better in the performance of pull-up and sit-up than the general senior high school girl students. 2. Dance education program was not effective on the throwing performance. With these results in mind, it is suggested that more emphasis be placed on dance education in the senior high school.;本 硏究는 舞踊學習이 運動能力에 미치는 影響을 調査하고자 함이며 이러한 目的을 達成하기 위하여 1. 舞踊學習이 身體的 發達에 주는 效果는 무엇인가? 2. 舞踊學習은 身體의 機能面 즉 運動能力에 어떤 變化를 주는가를 糾明하여 舞踊敎育의 重要性을 認識하고 활발한 舞踊活動 및 特別活動의 正常化를 꾀하는 한 근거를 提供하고자 한다. 本 論文의 硏究對象은 大邱市內에 位置하고 있는 K藝術高等學校 2學年 100名과 Y女子高等學校 2學年 100名을 그 對象으로 하여 運動能力을 體力章 5種目으로 測定하여 1學年때의 記錄과 2學年때의 記錄을 比較分析한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 舞踊學習은 身體의 發育發達에 있어서 筋力, 持久力, 敏捷性, 柔軟性, 平衡性 등의 運動能力에 影響을 미친다. 2. 舞踊授業을 많이한 藝高學生이 一般學生보다 매달리기와 윗몸일으키기 能力이 크게 向上되었다. 3. 던지기 能力은 舞踊授業과는 관계없는 것으로 나타났다. 舞踊學習이 成長期 女高生의 情緖的, 社會的 性格育成 및 運動能力에 크게 影響을 미친다는 硏究結果를 고려해서 앞으로의 舞踊授業은 이루어져야 할 것이다.-
