지도자의 유형이 집단무용창작과 구성원의 만족도에 미치는 효과

Abstract

集團舞踊에서 리이더의 活動은 舞踊敎科에 대한 學習者의 學業成就에 중요한 變因이 될 수 있으며, 理想的인 리이더쉽에 관한 硏究는 계속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 이 硏究는 集團活動인 集團舞踊創作에 있어서의 리이더쉽의 역할을 구명하기 위하여 다음과 같은 문제를 구명하려 하였다. 1. 集團舞踊 創作에 있어서 民主型 리이더와 權威型 리이더에 따른 舞踊創作 成就度는 어떠한가? 더욱 구체적으로 舞踊學業 成就度를 세분화하여, 신체동작의 표현성, 시간의 표현성,공간의 표현성, 그리고 구성은 리이더에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 2. 集團舞踊 創作에 있어서 民主型 集團이 權威型 集團보다 리이더의 만족도 차이가 있는가? 이러한 문제를 구명하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 M여자고등학교 230명을 대상으로 指導者 類型 辨別尺度(F-Scale, David R.Frew)와 創意性 檢査를 실시하여 친밀도와 응집력을 배제하여 리이더를 중심으로 10개 그룹으로 만들어 실험을 실시하였다. 각 集團별 集團舞踊에 대한 評價는 신체동작의 표현성, 시간의 표현성, 공간의 표현성, 그리고 구성, 4단계로 평가하였고 리이더의 만족도를 측정하였다. 分布結果 舞踊學業 成就度가 民主型 그룹에서 우세하였으며, 단계별 評價尺度에서는 신체동작 표현성으로 보아 民主型인 그룹이, 시간의 표현성에서, 공간의 표현성에서, 그리고 구성에서 우세하였음이 밝혀졌다. 이와 아울러 리이더의 만족도에서도 民主型 그룹이 우세하였다. 이러한 결과는 전체적으로 集團의 成就度가 構成員을 이끄는 리이더의 리이더쉽 類型에 따라 영향을 받는다는 것을 지지해 주는 것으로 되었다.;On the theoretical assumption that the effectiveness of any group achievement is heavily dependent upon several factors including the leadership styles of leaders, the effectiveness of group dance performance was investigated as a function of leader' s leadership style. Also investigated was group members' satisfaction about the outcome of group performance. Ten 7-subject groups were tested with a group dance theme under 10 different styles of leaders, either democratic or autocratic. That is, five group were asked to create a group dance under five different democratic leaders, while the other five groups were required to do same thing under five different autocratic leaders. Group dance performances by different groups were evaluated by three expert evaluators. Also obtained were measures of group members' satisfaction after group performance. Analysis of date around group dance performance and members' satisfaction revaealed that both the effectiveness of group dance performance and group members' satisfaction were significantly better under democratic leaders, as compared to autocratic ones. These results were interpreted to indicate that the leadership style is a very important factor influencing group dance performance.
