음악치료 전공생들의 실습교육 및 수퍼비전에 대한 만족도 조사

Abstract

This study is find out the way to improve the clinical practicum training of graduate students majoring music therapy. This study conducted a survey of 117 graduate students, from second to fifth semester students who have clinical training experience. The survey result shows that most of the respondents has high satisfaction level on practical training and supervision. By category, satisfaction level on the course and curriculum were highest, followed by supervision and clinical training. However, satisfaction level on supervision showed the highest average by sub-category and the role of the supervisor was the highest among them. In general, the group who did not majored music in their undergraduate showed higher satisfaction level than the group who majored music in their undergraduate. The average gap between these two groups was significant in some part. Among supervision, clinical training p=.09(p<0.1)shows significant difference. There was also difference on satisfaction level according to students' semester. Among the role of supervisor, knowledge provision p=.016(p<.05)showed meaningful difference. Also, factors related to supervision showed positive correlation both with clinical training satisfaction level and course and curriculum satisfaction level. The survey found that the supervisors' role was the most decisive factor on supervision satisfaction level and clinical training satisfaction level. Knowledge provision was exerting the strongest influence, followed by relation. In addition, in the supervision category, identity and expert of music therapy were showing correlation as well. In course and curriculum category, music therapy technical factor showed the highest impact. The survey asked to select 3 courses which were helpful for clinical training. Clinical techniques in music therapy ranked first, and improvisation ranked second with a narrow margin. However, the result was slightly different according to respondents' semester and major. This survey is meaningful as it is paving the way for more satisfactory clinical training by providing the basic data which could be used to improve the clinical training system, form the foundation to prepare diverse clinical training contents, and offer important guidelines to students in the clinical training course what kind of talent and characteristic they should develop.;본 연구는 음악치료전공 대학원생들의 만족스런 임상실습을 위한 토대를 마련하고, 개선의 방향이 제시될 수 있는 의견을 알아보고자 4개의 대학원의 음악치료학과 학생들 중 실습경험이 있는 2학기 이상 5학기 이하의 학생 117명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과, 응답자 대부분이 실습교육 및 수퍼비전에 높은 만족도를 보였고 영역별로 보면 교과목 및 교과과정 만족도가 가장 높은 만족도를 보였으며 수퍼비전 만족도, 임상실습 만족도 순이었다. 하위 항목별로 가장 높은 평균을 보인 것은 수퍼비전 만족도이고 그 중 수퍼바이저 역할의 관계요소였다. 음악전공과 비음악전공 집단에서의 만족도는 전반적으로 비음악전공이 음악전공보다 만족도가 높았다. 학기별로도 만족도의 차이가 있었고 수퍼바이저 역할 중 지식제공요소가 p=.016(p<.05)로 유의미한 수준을 나타냈다. 또한 수퍼비전 관련요소와 임상실습만족도는 정적인 상관관계를 갖고 교과목 및 교과과정 요소와 만족도도 정적인 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 수퍼비전 만족도와 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 한 결과 수퍼바이저의 역할이 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 지식제공요소가 가장 높았고 다음 관계요소가 높게 나타났다. 교과목 및 교과과정 내용 중에서는 음악치료 기술 요소가 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 임상실습에 도움이 되는 교과목 3가지를 작성하게 하여 선택 빈도를 알아본 결과, 음악치료기술이 가장 높은 선택을 보였고 근소한 차이로 즉흥연주가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 학기별, 전공별로 조금씩 차이가 있었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 실습교육 및 수퍼비전 만족도 결과는 만족스러운 임상실습을 위해 개선에 반영할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공함으로써, 차별적인 임상실습 교육내용을 구성할 수 있는 토대를 제공할 뿐 아니라 실습 학생들이 실습과정에서 어떤 자질과 특성을 계발하고 부각시켜야 할지에 대한 중요한 지도 방향과 지침을 제공할 수 있다.
