- Abstract
- This study intends to recognize key elements in reinforcing service quality competitiveness and to substantiate customer satisfaction ultimately by planning enhancement strategies offering better service based on the Customer IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) of food court built in department store.
Setting a food court in a department store as a designated object, this research proceeded as two steps:
1. Survey and Analysis on Customer Importance-Performance.
2. Creating strategies for the improvement of high-prioritized concerns and analytic appraisal of its result.
