음악치료 수용언어 사정 자료개발

Abstract

본 연구에서는 표준화된 검사도구인 취학전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현언어 발달척도(Preschool Receptive- Expressive Language Scale: PRES) 중 수용언어발달척도에 기초하여 음악치료 세션에서 사용할 수 있는 노래자료를 개발하였다. PRES의 수용언어발달척도의 연령별 언어발달단계에서 각 단계마다 노래를 활용하여 사정할 수 있는 검사문항을 하나씩 선별하여 언어발달단계를 재구성하고, 이 단계의 사정을 위한 노래자료를 15곡 개발하였으며, 개발된 노래자료들은 관련 영역전문가인 언어치료사 3명과 음악치료사 3명에게 검토를 받은 후 수정 및 보완 과정을 거쳐 재검토를 받았다. 언어치료사에게는 노래 목표의 부합성, 언어발달단계에 따른 단어의 적합성, 언어발달단계에 따른 지시의 적합성, 반응측정에 따른 지시의 적합성 등 네 가지 평가문항에 대해 검토를 요청하였다. 또한 음악치료사에게는 노래 리듬과 멜로디의 적합성, 노래 듣기와 활동의 적합성, 수용언어사정의 적합성, 현장의 활용성 등 네 가지 평가문항에 대해 검토를 요청하였다. 언어치료사와 음악치료사에게 각 평가문항에 따라 검토를 받은 후, 다시 수정 및 보완작업을 거쳐 재검토를 받았다. 본 연구에서 개발한 노래자료에 대해 전문가별로 수정 및 보완 전과 후의 평가항목 점수를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 언어치료사에게 검토 받은 노래 목표의 부합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 3.8점을 후는 4.7점을 받았으며, 언어발달단계에 따른 단어의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 4.3점을 후는 4.6점을 받았으며, 언어발달단계에 따른 지시의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 4.5점을 후는 4.7점을 받았으며, 반응측정에 따른 지시의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 4.4점을 후는 4.7점을 받았다. 음악치료사에게 검토 받은 노래 리듬과 멜로디의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 3.5점을 후는 4.0점을 받았으며, 노래 듣기와 활동의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 3.6점을 후는 4.0점을 받았으며, 수용언어사정의 적합성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 3.9점을 후는 4.2점을 받았으며, 현장의 활용성 항목에서는 수정 및 보완 전은 3.7점을 후는 4.2점을 받았다. 본 연구에서 개발한 최종 노래자료에 대한 전체적 평가를 전문가별로 제시하면 다음과 같다. 언어치료사들은 노래목표와 PRES의 수용언어 검사내용의 주안점이 부합하며, 가사의 단어와 지시가 언어발달단계에 따라 적합하게 구성되었으며, 가사에 따른 지시가 아동들의 반응을 측정·평가하기에 적합하다고 평가하였다. 어휘가 다양하지 못하여 수용언어를 사정하는데 제한점이 있다고 지적하였으나, 노래와 활동이 음악치료 세션에서 수용언어 사정을 위한 것이라는 연구자의 의도를 고려할 때 적절하다고 평가하였다. 음악치료사들은 노래 리듬과 멜로디가 가사 내용을 전달하는데 적합하며, 노래듣기와 연주활동도 아동의 음악발달에 적합하다고 평가하였다. 또한 노래와 활동이 수용언어를 사정하기에 적합하며, 현장에서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 흥미를 유발하는 음악적 요소가 적다고 지적하였으나, 전반적으로 곡들이 쉽고 간단하며 익숙한 멜로디이므로 수용언어능력 사정을 위해서는 적절하다고 평가하였다. 수정·보완 작업을 거친 노래자료들은 재검토를 통해 연구결과로 제시하였으며, 이는 음악치료 세션에서 언어발달지체 및 언어장애아동들의 수용언어능력을 사정하는데 활용될 수 있다.;The purpose of this study is to develop songs for assessing level of receptive-language development in music therapy on the basic of receptive-language scale of PRE(Preschool Receptive-Expressive Language Scale). This study has been composed of five steps, those are the selection of questions to utilize song in receptive-language scale of PRES, the development of songs and activities using the songs, the examination of them by professionals, the adjustment and complement of them, the reexamination of them by the professionals. The professionals experienced in their specific field have been composed of three speech therapists and three music therapists. In the examination steps, the questionnaire of them by the speech therapists is as followings: the harmony between the goals of language development step and songs, the properness of words according to the level of language development, the properness of instructions according to the level of Receptive-language development, and the properness of instructions according to estimating responses. The questionnaire of them by the music therapists is as followings: the properness between words of songs, rhythm and melody in song, the properness of listening to songs and activities using the songs, the properness of assessing the level of receptive-language development, and utility in the clinic field. In conclusion, the reexaminations was of great value with the comments of the professionals. The songs and activities using them for assessing the level of receptive-language development was presented in this study outcome.
