정신분열증 성인대상의 음악장르에 관한 선호도연구

Abstract

When music is selected for schizophreniacs, their preference should be considered because of their different acceptance and response of music under various conditions. Listening to music helps accept the stimulus from the outside, through the perception and recognition process, and offered as an information processing task; an effective approach necessary for reinforcing the recognition of the outside stimulus to schizophreniacs, with the perceptive disorder. The purpose of this study was to find the preference of music in the adults with schizophrenia. Therefore this paper confined the study to the people diagnosed as schizophrenia among inmates of hospital in an isolation ward, and let them to listen to tunes which arranged the music of Korean folk song, Arirang and West folk song, Dannyboy, for 4 genres. This study included the people, 35-48, in H mental hospital, and the total number was 66, though, included only 61 people to analyze the result except persons left hospital before they finished their experiment for 8 weeks. This study was carried into effect one time every weeks, total eight times, and one of two groups and the other listened to rock music, national classical music, jazz, and classic order arranged each of Arirang and Dannyboy, and then both groups did in the above order after changing only music from five to eight times. This paper looked over the adults as an object of study focused on their difference of preference between Korean and West folk songs, uneasy state, preference for music by drug dosage, and which musical factor affects on their preference by using frequency analysis, t-test, and One way Annova as a statistical processing method, again, verifying significant level as 95% reliable section, using SPSS WIN 10.0 program as statistical processing. According to the results of analyzing the study, when each of Arirung and Dannyboy was arranged for 4 genres, members in Dannyboy group preferred a jazz, and the lower anxiety a group had, the more the group preferred Korean classical music of Dunnyboy. Also, there was no significant difference in the middle of four music genres according to preference for music by drug dosage, and this study brought about the effects of the melody of musical factors on their preference. In conclusion, this paper studied the signigicant difference related the preference between Korean classical music and jazz in Dannyboy group than Arirang group of four kinds of music genres through the preference study of the adults with schizophrenia for a music genre. This study could help with music therapy for adults of schizophrenia as reference, and the preference for more effective music should be studied subsequently.;정신분열증 대상자들에게 음악을 선택할 때는 그들의 증상에 따른 음악수용과정이나 반응이 다르기 때문에, 이에 대한 선호도를 고려하여 선곡하는 것이 중요하다. 음악감상은 외부세계에서 제시되는 자극을 수용하게 하고, 지각·인지과정을 거쳐, 정보처리과제로 제공될 수 있으므로 지각장애를 가진 정신분열증 대상에게 외부자극 인식강화에 필요한 효과적인 접근이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 정신분열증 성인 대상의 음악장르에 관한 선호도의 연구로 폐쇄 병동에 입원한 정신분열증으로 진단된 대상으로, 한국민요인 아리랑과 서양민요인 데니보이의 음악을 각각 4 가지 장르로 편곡된 곡을 감상하도록 하여 음악 선호도에 관한 연구를 하는데 의의를 두었다. 연구 대상은 H 정신병원의 35세- 48세 사이로 선정된 대상자들로 총 66명이었으나, 8주간의 실험이 끝나기 전에 퇴원한 대상을 제외한, 61명이 최종적으로 결과 분석에 포함하였다. 연구 방법은 일주일의 기간을 두고 8회 실시하였다. 그룹은 두 그룹으로, 한 그룹은 '아리랑'을 편곡한 락, 국악, 재즈, 클래식 순으로, 다른 한 그룹은 '데니 보이'를 편곡한 락, 국악, 재즈, 클래식 순으로 음악을 감상하였으며, 5회-8회까지는 두 그룹이 음악만 바꿔 위와 같은 순서로 진행되었다. 통계처리 방법은 빈도 분석, t-test(t-검증), 일원변량 분석(One way Annova)의 활용으로, 대상자들의 한국민요와 서양민요의 선호도차이, 불안상태, 약 복용량에 따른 선호도차이, 어떠한 음악요소가 선호도에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였으며, 유의수준은 95% 신뢰구간의 검증으로, 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 10.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 아리랑과 데니보이를 각각 4가지 음악장르로 편곡되었을 때, 데니보이 그룹에서 재즈를 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 불안이 낮은 집단도 데니보이의 국악을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 약 복용량에 따른 선호도 차이에서는 4가지 음악장르상에 유의미한 차이는 없었으며, 음악 요소중 멜로디가 선호도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 정신분열증 성인대상의 음악장르에 관한 선호도 연구는 4가지 음악 장르중 아리랑 그룹보다는 데니보이 그룹에서 국악과 재즈에 관한 선호도의 유의미한 차이를 관찰할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 정신분열중 성인대상의 음악치료 활동에 많은 참고자료가 될 수 있길 바라며, 보다 더 효과적인 음악선호도에 대한 후속 연구가 개발되길 기대한다.
