精薄兒의 調整力에 관한 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究의 目的을 다른 여러 문헌을 근거로 하여 精薄兒童이 正常兒童에 비하여 運動技能 중에서 특히 調整力이 열등하다는 가정하에 精薄兒童의 調整力을 조사하여 正常兒童과의 차이점을 규정하며, 精薄兒童들에게 調整力을 훈련시켜 향상의 可能性을 알아봄으로써 調整力 프로그램을 개발하여 日常生活을 안전하게 하기 위한 기초 자료를 提示하는데 있다. 이 目的을 수행하기 위하여 國民學校재학중인 일반아동 105名과 특수학급 아동 105名을 대상으로 하며 調整力 6個 項目과 體格 2個 項目을 測定하였다. 그리고 특수학급 아동 14名을 대상으로 調整力 項目을 1주 4회씩 7주간 훈련시킨 후 그에 대한 향상의 可能性을 규명하였다. 통계처리는 調整力을 項目別, 年齡別, 性別로 分類하여 平均과 표준편차를 구하고 有意度를 검증하였다. 자료처리는 이화여대 전산연구소에서 전산처리하였다. 이상의 연구절차에 의하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 精薄兒童은 體格에서는 正常兒童과 유사한 수치를 나타내었으나 調整力의 모든 종목에서는 正常兒童보다 열등하였다. 2. 精薄兒童은 특히 민첩성, 평형성 등에서 正常兒童에 비해 뒤떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 正常兒童은 왕복 달리기, 공을 차서 과녁 통과하기, 정확하게 공던지기에서는 남자아동이 우세하며, 눈감고 한발로 서기는 여자아동이 높게 나타났다. 4. 調整力 6個 項目을 7주 훈련시킨 결과 왕복 달리기, 눈감고 한발로 서기, Stepping Stone, 양발뛰기는 有意한 差를 가지고 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(P〈0.05), 공을 차서 과녁 통과하기와 정확하게 공 던지기도 有意한 差를 가지고 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다(P〈0.01).;Mentally retarded children were inferior to normal children especially in coordination more than in any other motor skill. This thesis aimed at presenting a program to use the result of this study as basic data in order to develop a coordination program. Hundred and five normal children and 105 mentally retarded children were selected for the subject. Six coordination items and two physique items were measured, Fourteen mentally retarded children have been trained four times a week during the seven weeks for case study. Mean and standard deviation were calculated according to the items, age, and sex. The data were interpreted at the electronic caculating center of Ewha University. The results were as follows : 1. Normal children were superior to mentally retarded children in all the coordination items, but they were almost similiar in physique. 2. Mentally retarded children were inferior to the normal children in balance test: standing on one leg with closed eyes and stepping stone; and so was in agility test: foot hopping and shuttle run. 3. Normal boys were superior to normal girls in shuttle run, kicking the ball at the target and throwing the ball exactly. Normal girls were superior to normal boys in standing on one leg with their eyes closed. 4. The result of case study showed that the coordination ability of mentally retarded children was greatly developed through coordination training. The development to P＜0.05 level was gained in shuttle run, foot hopping and standing on one leg with eyes closed, stepping stones ; and the development to P＜0.01 level in kicking the ball through the target and throwing the ball exactly. The training brought forth a very significant difference.
