직업무용수의 전공과 경력이 족부형태변형에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify how the major and experience of dancing affect the feet transformation of dancers in the National Ballet Theater and the National Dance Theater by comparing and analyzing their angle of hallux valgus, angle between 1st and 2nd toe, and the angle of metatersal arch. The subjects of study were 16 dancers in the National Ballet Theatre (8 dancers having less than 10 year-experience(Group1), 8dancers more than 10 year-experience(Group2)), and another 16 dancers in the National Dance Theatre (8 dancer, having less than 10 year-experience(Group3), 8 dancers more than 10 year-expericence (Group4)). The result gained through the mean and standard deviation of X-ray are as follows. First, among the factors of feet transformation in dance major, the right angle of hallux valgus was statistically significant, and the average difference of the right angle between 1st and 2nd toe was also statistically significant. Angle of hallux valgus and angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe had was greater than average value in the group of ballet major, but in the case of angle of meta tarsal arch, the Korean dance major group had greater value. Second, among the feet change caused by dance career, the right angle of hallux valgus, and the right angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe were statistically significant, and the group with more than 10 years' experience had a greater than average. In the case of angle of metatersal arch, the group with less than 10 years' experience had the highest value, but it was not statistically significant. Third, the effect inspection of interaction between the dance major and dance experience was that the right angle of hallux valgus and the right angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe were statistically meaningful, and the Group 2 had the highest average value. In the case of angle of metatersal arch, the right and the left one were both statistically insigruficant, and the Group 3 had the highest average value. From the aboves results, this study conclude that a dance major affects angle of hallux valgus, angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe, and dance experience affects the increase of angle of hallux valgus and angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe, but it doesn't significantly affect angle of metatersal arch. Finally, the effect inspection of a dance major and dance experience had the highest value in the angle of hallux valgus and angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe of Group 2, and it is concluded that ballet major dancers with more than 10 year-experience suffer a severe feet transformetion.;본 연구는 국립발레단과 국립무용단에 근무하는 무용수들의 족부형태의 변인중 모지외반각(angle of hallux valgus), 중족골간각(angle between 1st toe and 2nd toe), 종족궁각(angle of metatarsal arch)을 비교분석하여 무용전공과 경력이 족부형태의 각 변인에 대하여 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 국립발레단 16명(10년미만 경력자8명, 10년이상 경력자 8명), 국립무용단 16명(10년미만 경력자 8명, 10년이상 경력자 8명)이었으며 X-ray 촬영을 통해 얻은 결과를 평균, 표준편차를 구한 후 t검증 및 2-way ANOBA 검증을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용전공에 따른 족부형태의 변인 중 오른쪽 모지외반각은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 오른쪽 중족골간각 평균차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 모지외반각, 중족골간각은 발레전공집단의 평균치가 더 높게 나타났으나 종족궁각의 경우 한국무용 전공 집단이 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 무용경력에 따른 족부형태의 변인중 오른쪽 모지외반각, 오른쪽 중족골간각은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 10년 미상 경력집단의 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 종족긍의 경우 10년 미만 경력집단이 가장 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의미한 것은 아니다. 셋째, 무용전공과 무용경력의 상호작용의 효과검증의 결과는 오른쪽 모지외반각과 오른쪽 중족골간각의 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, Group2(국립발레단이면서 10년이상 경력집단)의 평균치가 가장 높게 나타났다. 종족궁각의 경우 오른쪽, 왼쪽 모두 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났으며, Group3(국립무용단이면서 10년 미만 경력 집단)이 네 Group중 평균치가 가장 높게 나타났다. 위의 결과로부터 본 연구는 무용전공이 모지외반각, 중족골간각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 무용경력이 족부형태의 각 변인 중 모지외반각과 중족골간각의 증가에는 영향을 미치며, 종족궁각에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았다고 결론지었다. 따라서, 무용전공, 무용경력의 상호작용의 효과 검증의 결론은 Group2(국립발레단이면서 10년이상 경력집단)가 모지외반각, 중족골간각이 가장 높게 나타났으므로, 무용전공에 있어서 발레 전공집단이 무용경력에 있어서는 10년이상 경력집단이 족부형태 변형이 더 심각한 것으로 결론지었다.
