Target Leaners: Advanced high school students and intermediate high -
leveled undergraduates (according to ACTFL)
Learning setting: Lecture; 10 to 16 students in one classroom.
Rationale: Making students to receive a balanced English including all 4
skills (Listening, speaking, writing, and reading) by experiencing variety use of English on real materials like articles with real issues around the world.
Communicative Language Learning ü Task-Based Learning and Teaching
Student will be more motivated in learning language and student will feel
more confident in all 4 skills.
Students will be confident in share their creative ideas and opinions.
Student will gain knowledge of various types of genres and writing styles
Student will discover the pleasure of obtaining knowedge of current issues
and interesting information.
