dc.description.abstractWe obtain the classical solutions of the traversable wormhole for the static and dynamic cases, in the (1+1)-dimensional dilaton gravity. To compare with the known black hole solution, the same conformal gauge is used for the wormhole as the black hole case. It is found that the wormhole solutions are quite different from the classical black hole case. However, they are similar to the case of black hole with some quantum correction, where it is possible to interpret wormhole as the final state of the evaporating black hole.*
