더덕 (Codonopsis Lanceolata Benth. et hook)의 Sapogenin에 關한 硏究

Abstract

더덕(Codonopsis lanceolata Benth_et Hook)의 Saponin 分劃을 5% H_(2)SO_(4)(50% alc)로 酸加水分解하여 얻은 aglycone fraction Silicagel column chromatography에 의하여 3종의 結晶性 物質, Compound A. mp 168°, Compound B. (C_(29)H(48)O, C_(29)H_(50)O의 Mixture) mp 136°, Compound C (C_(30)H_(48)O_(4)·H_(2)O) mp 281-4° 〔Ⅰ〕를 單離하였다. Comp.B는 α-Spinasterol (m/e412)과 m/e 414의 物質이 混合되어 있는 것으로 밝혀졌고 Comp.C는 oleane系의 酸性triterpenoid인데 그 化學構造로서 〔Ⅰ〕을 推定한다.;Three crystalline components were isolated from the acid hydrolisate of saponin fraction of Codonopsis Lanceolata Benth et Hook.(campanulace) by silicagel column chromatographic purification, Comp. A.(mp.168) Comp. B.(C_29H_48O, C_29H_50O, mp136°)Comp.c.(C_30H_48O_4*H_2Omp281-4°). Comp. B. was identified as the mixture of α-Spinasterol and Stigmastenol by MASS Spectrometry. The structure of comp. C. was assumed to be 3β, 16α-aihydroxy-Δ^12 oleanen-28 oic acid(I)
