Hplus를 이용한 Haplotype와 질병과의 연관성 추정

Abstract

SNP의 haplotype 분석은 SNP 자체만의 분석보다 고효율, 저비용 면에서 효율적이며 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 사례대조자료를 가지고 hplus를 이용하여 SNP의 haplotype를 분석하며, Lue Ping Zhao et al.(2003)의 모형을 사용하여 어떤 haplotype가 질병과 연관성이 있는지를 살펴보았다.

;Haplotype analysis in SNP is very useful due to low cost and high efficiency comparing to individual analysis of each SNP. In the study, haplotype in SNP was estimated using hplus from case-control studies, and association between any haplotype and disease using Lue Ping Zhao et.(2003)'s model was examined.
