도시여대생의 meeting 실태에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생들의 Meeting 실태를 조사, 분석하여 이들의 Meeting에 임하는 태도와 목적 및 중요성을 파악하여 건전한 이성교제를 성립시킬 수 있는 기초자료와 효율적인 Meeting 지도방안을 제시코자 했다. 이를 위하여 서울시내 여자대학교 1, 2학년생 350명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 백분율로 나타내어 전체적 경향을 학년별, 학교별로 비교, 분석하고 CR검증으로 학년별 유의도를 검증하였다. 자료분석을 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 거의 모든 학생들이 대학입학후에 Meeting에 참여하고 있으며 Meeting을 유일한 이성교제 기회로 삼고 있으며 2학년 보다는 1학년 학생들이 더 큰 비중을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) Meeting이 친구와 선배, 즉 동년배들의 소개와 주선에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 3) Partner를 정하는 방법이 세련되지 못한 인위적 방법이어서 정해진 한 사람의 Partner와만 대화와 친교가 가능하므로 교제의 범위를 넓힐 수 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4) Meeting이 행해지는 장소가 주로 유흥업소로서 건전한 대화와 밝은 교제분위기를 기대하기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 5) Meeting에 소요되는 비용을 여학생보다 남학생이 더 많이 부담하는 경향을 보였다. 6) 선행연구들에서는 이성교제의 상대자나 결혼 배우자의 가장 중요한 조건은 성격으로 나타난데 비하여 본 조사연구 결과에서는 상대자의 가장 중요한 조건은 가치관으로 나타났다. 7) Meeting을 하고난 후의 소감은 긍정적이기 보다는 부정적경향을 보이고 있다. 이런 경향은 특히 2학년 보다는 1학년의 경우, 더욱 심했다.;In this research the realities of university student's' 'Meeting'(i.e. group meeting for intersexual acquaintance) including its purpose, student's attitude toward it and the significance attached to it ley students are examined and analysed to supply guideline for the student's sound intersexual acquaintance. The data for this have been collected from the questionaire distributed to 350 students who are in their first or second year at women's universities in Seoul. Some general tendencies are analysed through the classification of the data and CR inspection according to the school and year. The results of the data analysis are follows. 1. After entering the university, nearly all the students takes part in the 'Meeting'. The 'Meeting' is considered the only opportunity for intersexual acquaintance and greater importance is attached to it by the first year students than the second. 2. Their friends or senior students help to organize or arrange the 'Meeting' by introducing the partner. 3. The way of choosing the partner is not well managed, but rather rough and abrupt. Even the opportunity is limited for talking with others besides the partner. 4. The place for the 'Meeting' is usually a pleasure resort downtown, so the atmosphere is not very satisfactory for refined conversation. 5. There is a tnedency for men students to pay more expenses for the 'Meeting' than women students. 6. The important point is sought the partner or a life partner is his or her sense of 'value, while preceding reseerches have showed more importance in his or her personality. 7. Students' impression on the 'Meeting' after experiencing it is rather negative than positive, especially in the case of the first year students. This may come from lack of a fixed purpose or adequate understanding of the 'Meeting'. Some guidance seems to be needed to help the students to make the meeting it significant and profitable.
