Alkylaminoethoxyorganosilane의 합성

Abstract

Organochlorosilane 으로 부터 Aminoalkoxy group을 포함하는 새로운 Alkylaminoethoxyorganosilane을 합성하기 위하여 Dimethylethoxychlorosilane에 일련의 Aminoethanol인 2-Aminoethanol, 2-Methylaminoethanol, 2-N,N-dinethylaminoethanol을 반응시켜 새로운 화합물(2-Aminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane, (2-Methylaminoethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane, (2-N,N-dimethylaminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane을 얻었다. (2-Aminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane과 (2-Methylaminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane으로는 Ring closure reaction을 시도 할 수 있으며, Dimethylethoxychlorosilane과 2-Aminoethanol로부터 (2-Aminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane 이외에 부 생성물로 (N-dimethylethoxysilyl-2-aminoethoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane을 합성 하였다.
