dc.description.abstractL-2-amino-1-butanol의 光學活性을 變化시키기 위하여 이 化合物을 Co, Raney Ni 및 Co와 Fe₂O₃의 混合觸媒 等 水素添加用 觸媒와 함께 autoclave 속에서 H₂, NH₃ gas 存在下에 200℃에서 反應시킨 結果 Raney Ni과 Co를 각각 觸媒로 使用하였을 경우에 2-amino-1-butanol의 optical rotation이 變化되었으나 結晶性 化合物이 副産沕로 混入되었으며 Co와 Fe₂O₃의 混合比를 99 : 1, 95 : 5, 90 : 10, 80 : 20으로 각각 變化시켜서 反應시킨 結果 모두 2-amino-1-butanol의 optical rotation이 變化되었다. 한편 Co : Fe₂O₃=90 : 10 및 80 : 20으로 각각 混合한 觸媒를 除外하고는 모두 結晶性 化合物인 副産物이 生成되었다.;In order to change the optical rotation of L-2-amino-1-butanol it was treated with hydrogenation catalyst, such as Co, Raney Ni and Co-Fe₂O₃ mixture under the pressure of H₂ and NH₃ gas. The results were as follows : 1. The optical rotation of L-2-amino-1-butanol was changed by Ni, Co and Co-Fe₂O₃ mixed catalyst, respectively. 2. When Ni or Co was used as a catalyst, the crystalline by-product was obtained. 3. We also obtained the crystalline by-product by using the Co-Fe₂O₃ mixed catalyst which contained less than 10% of Fe₂O₃.-
