우리나라 農工團地의 地理學的 考察

Abstract

농촌공업은 정책적인 관심에도 불구하고 그동안 농촌공업 개발이 부업단지 새마을 공장등 개별 기업이나 독립된 사업으로 파악되어 왔기 때문에 실제 전체 제조업 부문에서 차지하는 농촌 공업 규모는 얼마나 되는지 알려져 있지 않다. 본문에서는 농촌 공업 단지의 발달과정, 구조, 입지등을 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법은 우리나라 농공단지의 입지를 살펴보기 위하여 입지계수를 사용하여 해당 시, 군의 입지와 농공지구에 대한 입지를 비교, 분석하였다. 연구결과는 농공단지의 분포를 보면 수도권에 인접하는 충청남,북도와 부산을 중심으로 한 동남 공업 지대가 우월하다. 농공단지의 입지는 전체 시도에서 특화를 나타낸 업종은 오히려 농공단지내에서는 점수가 낮게 나타나는데 이것은 이미 조성 발달한 공업 지역의 영향으로 생각되며 이미 공업 단지가 조성된 곳은 상대적으로 농공단지 조성 비율이 적으나 전국에서 농공단지가 조성된 곳이 서울, 경기도를 제외한 전 시, 군에 걸쳐 조성되거나 조성 예정지이다. 입주업체의 규모는 대부분 중소기업이며 대기업의 수는 충청남도가 제일 많다. 공장형태 별로는 이전 업체와 창업체가 반반이며 수도권으로의 이전이 가장 많다. 이전 업체의 비중이 높은 지역은 충청남,북도이며 창업 비중이 높은 곳은 전라남,북도, 제주도 이며 이전 공장은 경기도가 비중이 높다. 업종별로는 기계, 금속, 전기, 전자, 봉제, 섬유순으로 나타난다. 성별구조는 섬유.의복 및 가죽 산업은 여성의 고용이 많으며, 기타 제조업과 음식료품 및 담배 제조업은 비슷하며 남성 고용은 목재 및 나무 제품 제조업, 종이 및 종이제품 제조업, 화합물.석유.석탄.고무 및 플라스틱 제품 제조업, 비금속 광물 제품 제조업, 제 1차 금속 산업, 조립 금속 제품.기계 및 장비 제조업에서 더 많게 나타나고 있음을 볼 수 있다.;Eventhough there has been some interest in policy it is almost impossible for us to know the capacity of agricultre industry which occupies in the total manufacturing industry since the development of it has been considered as an individual enterprise or an independent project 1ike a subsidiary business complex in contry site and saemaul factory. In this thesis I'm going to make a study about the development, the structure and the location of agriculture industry district. As the method of study I use the location quotient so as to research the location of agriculture industry district, and I analyze and compare the location of relevant city, country, and agriculture industry district. As the result of this study we find the agruculture industry district is aggregated densely in the south-east industry district which lies adjacent to the capital region and is centered by Chungcheong nam, buk do and Pusan. In the location of agriculture industry district, the types of industry that show the specialization in total city and province have the low score because of the industry of industry district which is already existed and prepared developing. Relatively the place which is already made as an industry district industry district shows the low rate in making the agriculture industry district industry district. Throughout the nation the agriculture industry district is made or will be made in the whole century except Seoul and Kyeonggi - do. According to the scale of the occupying companies, superior in number small and medium enterprises are. The number of large enterprises is predominant in Chungcheong nam - do. The types of the factories are composed of the moved companies and the esrablished companies as half and hal f rate, and the moved companies to the capital region show a predominance. Chungcheong nam, buk - do is superior in the specific gravity of the moved companies. Cheonla nam, buk - do andJeju - do come out predominant in the established companies. The moved factories shows the high rate in Kyeonggi - do. In the types of the industry, it is shown in order of machinery, matal industry, electrical machinery, electronics, needlework, textile industry. In the structure of sex distinction, the employment of women is superior in the textile, wearing apparel and leather industry and is about the same in other manufacturing industry, manufacture of food, beverages and tabaco. The employment of men is superior in the manufacture of wood products manfacture of paper and publishing, manufacture of chemicals and petroleum, coal, rubber, maufacture of non metallic mineral products, except products of pertroleum and coal, basic metal industries, manufactureof fabricated metal, predminat machinery and equipment.
