한국인 집단의 적혈구내 G6PD 인자빈도에 관한 연구

Abstract

한국인 집단 적혈구내 Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase(G6PD ; E.C.I.I.I. 49)의 인자형의 빈도 및 인자의 빈도를 조사하고, 정상인과 빈혈환자의 차이를 찾아보기 위하여, 서울에 있는 종합병원에서 정상인 1,074명과 빈혈환자 200명을 대상으로 하여 Starch gel 전기영동법에 의해 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. G6PD isozyme은 정상인에서 모두 G6PD B Phenotype 으로 발견되었으며, Negro variant라 불리우는 G6PD A Pheontype은 발견되지 않았다. 2. 사람의 적혈구에서 나타나는 G6PD isozyme은 남자와 여자에서 다르게 나타났으며, 남자집단에서는 G6PD B(+) type과 G6PD B(-) type이 나타나고, 여자집단에서는 G6PD B(+)type과 G6PD B(int) type이 나타났다. 3. G6PD 좌위의 대립인자 빈도는 남자에서 나타난 Gd^(B+), Gd^(B-)가 각각 0.972, 0.028이고, 여자에서 나타난 Gd^(B+), Gd^(B(int))는 각각 0.991, 0.09로, Gd^(B+)의 인자빈도가 가장 많이 나타났으며, 이 값은 일본인 집단의 값보다는 낮으나, 중국인 집단의 값보다는 높은 중간값을 가진다. 4. 정상인과 빈혈환자의 전기영동 이동도의 비교는, 200명의 빈혈환자 중에서 1％만이 G6PD 이동도가 정상인의 이동도보다 느리게 나타났다.;Gene and genotype frequency of G6PD were studied and the difference of normal and anemia individual was also investigated by means of starch gel electrophoresis in unrealated Korean people The results were given below. 1. G6PD enzyme in normal individual was found G6PD B phenotype and was not found G6PD A phenotype, Negro variant. 2. The G6PD isozyme types in human erythrocyte were found to be different between to male and female. In male population, there were found to be GdB(+) type and GdB(-) type. In female population, there were found GdB(+) type and GdB(int) type. 3. The gene frequency of alleles were found to be 0.972 for Gd^(B+), 0.028 for Gd^(B-) in male and 0.991 for Gd^(B+), 0.009 for Gd^(B(int)) in female. 4. As to electrophoretic mobility in normal and anemia individual, only 0.1% of anemia individuals was slower mobility than normal type in starch gel electrophoresis.
