한국특산 Thalictrum 속 약물의 성분연구

Abstract

韓國特産인 산꿩의 다리 (Thalictrum toberiferum Maximowicz) 지하부의 methanol 抽出物을 ether 층, chloroform 층 및 aqueous 층으로 분획하였다. 그中 수층부로부터 silica gel TLC에서 3個의 alkaloidal spots가 나타나는 것을 확인하였으며, silica gel column chromatography와 preparative에 의해 橙色 염기성 물질을 단리하였다.(Base A) Base A는 m. p. 266∼268℃의 橙色 針狀結晶으로 각종 화학적 방법과 분광학적 방법으로 이제까지 Thalictrum속 식물에서 분리 보고되지 않은 새로운 protoberberine계 4급 alkaloid(C_(19)H_(16)NO_(4))로 추정하였다.;Methanol extract of the roots of Thalictrum tuberiferum Maximowicz (Ranunculaceae) was fractionated into three parts; ether soluble, chloroform soluble and water soluble parts. From the agueous layer, Base A (m.p. 266-268℃) was isolated. By the Chemical and spectral analysis, Base A (orange needle crystal, C_(19)H_(16)NO_(4)) was assumed to be a new protoberberine-type quaternary alkaloid which had not been isolated in Thalictrum species.
