음악치료 전공생의 세션 만족도 및 평가 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know about the satisfaction of music therapy session of graduate students who are majoring in music therapy. Through this study students tried to find out the factors causing the satisfaction from their music therapy session. It also gave a chance to students focusing on their internal state. This study conducted a survey for 114 graduate students, from second to fifth semester students who have clinical training experience. The survey result shows that most of the respondents have normal satisfaction level on their music therapy session. There are meaningful results on the degree of satisfaction for the session according to the general characteristics of students. The degree of satisfaction varies differences in terms of semester, students' major in undergraduate school, field practice place, client, therapeutic philosophy and therapeutic purpose in the satisfaction for session. And especially, the result on 'therapeutic purpose' shows significant difference(p<0.001). The satisfaction in the music therapy session of the respondents is analyzed into an ability to form relationships, musical performance ability, ability to examine oneself, and ability to lead session. It was showed that first is ability to examine oneself, second is ability to form relationships, third is ability to lead session, the last is musical performance ability. In this survey, the results show correlation between factors related to the students' satisfaction for their session. The meaningful differences were rarely showed according to semester, students' major in undergraduate school, field practice place, client. However it did show a significant different in satisfaction according to the therapeutic philosophy and therapeutic purpose. This study provide a basis for recognition about the session on one's ability to students majoring in music therapy. This is the session to reflect on students themselves through the session, as well as provides an opportunity to understand what happened internally during their sessions. In addition, this results suggest to school a direction to get a clinical qualification to the growth students in as a music therapist.;본 연구는 음악치료 전공생들의 세션에서의 만족도를 인식하고, 이를 통해 치료사로서의 자신에 대한 성찰의 기회를 제공하고자 4개의 대학원의 음악치료학과 학생들 중 실습 경험이 있는 2학기 이상 5학기 이하의 학생 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 조사 결과, 응답자 대부분이 자신의 세션에 대하여 보통 정도의 만족도를 보였다. 응답자의 인적 사항에 따라 세션 만족도를 비교해 본 결과, 응답자의 학부 전공, 최근 6개월간의 임상 실습지나 실습 대상자, 치료 철학에 따른 만족도에서는 큰 차이가 없었지만 응답자가 갖고 있는 세션의 가장 큰 치료 목표에 따라서 세션 만족도가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 세션 만족도를 관계 형성 역량, 음악 사용 능력, 내적 성찰 정도, 세션 진행 자신감 네 영역으로 나누어 비교한 결과, 학부 전공, 최근 6개월간의 임상 실습지나 실습 대상자, 치료 철학, 치료 목표에 따라 만족도의 차이를 보였다. 특히 임상 실습지나 실습 대상자와 같이 음악치료 전공생들이 세션을 하는 외부 조건에 따른 세션 만족도는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았지만 전공생들이 갖는 치료 철학이나 치료 목표에 따른 세션 만족도에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보여 치료사의 치료 철학이나 치료 목표가 세션의 만족도에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출된 세션에 대한 만족도 평가 결과는 세션에 대한 자기 능력 인식을 위한 기초를 제공함으로써, 세션에 대한 성찰뿐 아니라 전공생들이 세션을 통해 자신을 성찰할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며 음악치료사로서의 성장을 위해 대학원에서 지도해야 할 임상적 자질에 대한 방향을 제시할 수 있다.
