肢體障碍者의 衣服에 관한 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究의 目的은 靑少年期의 휠체어(Wheelchair)를 使用하는 肢體障碍者들의 障碍部位와 障碍程度, 補助器使用에 관련된 사항을 조사하고 그 결과를 토대로 活動服을 製作함으로써 그들의 自立的인 日常生活을 돕는데 있다. 硏究對象은 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 2個 特殊學校 및 1個 再活院의 靑少年期 휠체어 使用者 85名이었으며, 質問紙調査를 통해 衣服購入實態 및 着用實態를 알아 보았다. 그 結果를 토대로 휠체어를 使用하는 四肢痲痺者 1名과 兩下肢痲痺者 1名을 被驗者로 選定하여 2회의 着衣實驗을 거쳐 機能性 및 外觀을 고려한 活動服을 제작하였다. 本 硏究의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 靑少年期의 휠체어使用者들이 많이 着用하는 衣服은 티셔츠(T-shirts)와 청바지였고, 다루기 쉬운 衣服은 트임없는 上衣와 고무줄허리로 된 下衣였으며, 가장 다루기 쉬운 여밈부속품은 지퍼(Zipper)였다. 2. 衣服着用時 不便한 點은 옷의 특정부위의 損傷, 옷의 치수, 휠체어 使用時의 不便 등으로 나타났으며, 잘 해지는 部位는 겨드랑이, 팔꿈치, 무릎이었다. 衣服購入時 考慮하는 點은 움직이기 편한가, 입고 벗기 쉬운가 하는 點이었고 衣服所有는 주로 旣成服에 依存하지만 旣成服에 대한 滿足度는 낮은 편이었다. 3. 着衣實驗에 사용한 衣服으로는 調査對象者들이 많이 着用하면서 입고 벗기 쉬운 形態로 나타난 트임없는 티셔츠와 고무줄 허리로 된 바지를 선정하였다. 이를 被驗者의 障碍部位, 障碍程度, 姿勢, 補助器具使用 등을 고려하여 修正補完한 結果 제작된 衣服은 다음과 같다. 着脫衣時 全的으로 다른 사람의 도움이 필요한 四肢麻痺者를 위해서 앞중심에 트임이 있고 양어깨에 지퍼가 달린 上衣와 양옆선을 지퍼로 처리한 바지를 製作하였다. 上衣는 앉은 상태에서 펀안하고 外觀上 단정해 보이도록 앞길이를 뒷길이보다 8cm 짧게 하고, 팔꿈치에 2cm의 여유분을 주어 오그렸다. 바지의 밑위길이는 앞중심에서 3.5cm 내렸고 뒷중심에서 5cm 올렸으며, 무릎에 3cm의 여유분을 주어 오그렸다. 혼자서 옷을 입고 벗을 수 있는 兩下肢麻痺者를 위해서 上衣의 티셔츠는 겨드랑이에 耐久力있는 직물의 무(gesset)를, 揷入하여 줌으로써 크러치 使用에서 오는 衣服의 손상과 活動의 제한으로 인한 문제점을 해결하였다. 바지의 밑위길이는 앞중심에서 2cm를 내렸고 뒷중심에서 4cm를 올렸으며 바지옆선에서 무릎 아래에 지퍼를 달아 브레이스 착용동작을 용이하게 하였다.;This paper contents the study clothing which is fit for clothing needs of the physically handicapped in adolescence, a turning point from dependence to independence. The purpose of this study was to investigate the general backgrounds, actual conditions in purchasing and wearing clothing of wheelchair users in adolescence who are physically handicapped and to grasp their clothing needs in order to prepare clothing fit for their special needs. Questionaires were completed by 85 wheelchair users in adolescence residing at 3 rehabilitation institute in Seoul and Keonggi-do. Reasults of Questionaires were as follow: 1. T-shirts and jeans were usually in by wheelchair users in adolescence. The most convenient clothing was the pullover and the pants with plastic bands and the most handy fasteners the zippers. 2. The major disatisfaction about clothing were the size and abrasion of a certain part of a dress and inconvenience in wheelchair. In case of the size, if the bust girth of clothing was fit. the lenth of clothing was inadequate. The usual sites of abrasion were the axilla, the elbow and the knee areas. 3. Factors to be considerated by them in purchasing clothing were comfort, ease in dressing and undressing and color. They usually depended on ready-made clothing but they didn't perfectly feel satisfaction at ready-made clothing. Based on the results of questionaires, functional clothing was tried to be prepared, which was fit for their special needs in consideration of the degree of functional disturbances, usual posture, pattern of moving. Two methods were proposed in preparing clothing according to their special needs. One was to adapt ready-made clothing, the other was to designs newly. And both methods were performed through wear test with one quardriplesic and one paraplesic, the design of clothing suggested in this was highly evaluated by the subject.
