Distributed data base system에서 query처리에 관한 기법의 연구

Abstract

데이타가 지역적으로 널리 분포되어 있는 분산 데이타 베이스 시스템 (Distributed Data Base System) 에서 많은 사용자(user)들의 다양한 query가 요구하는 데이타를 제공하여 처리하는 과정을 효율적으로 시행하는데 있어서 고려할 점을 다루었다. 데이타가 넓은 지역에 퍼져있기 때문에 많은 사용자들이 요구하는 데이타를 제공하고 처리하는데 드는 비용과 데이타를 얻는데 걸리는 시간을 가능한 줄이는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에선 많은 사용자들의 입장에서 요구되는 사항을 최대한으로 만족시키는 점에 주안점을 두고 query를 처리하는 문제를 과거에 연구된 방법을 검토분석하고 그 알고리즘(algorithm)의 생각에 일부 과정을 다른 방법으로 생각하여 query의 처리에 적절한 새로운 수정된 query 처리 알고리즘을 전개하고 있다.;This study include important points of effective execution of the transmission and process of data which is required by many users, in the distributed data base system. Since datas are spread over wide area, it is needed to find effective method to reduce processing cost and response time which is necessary to provide and process of required datas by users. This thesis has been focused to satisfy fully the requirements of many users and to find newly developed query processing algorithm which is produced by review, analysis and partial amendment of the past algorithm.
