造形에 있어서의 발란스 效果에 關한 硏究

Abstract

인간은 누구나 아름다움을 추구하며 미의 가치를 즐기려 한다. 이러한 인간 본능은 아름다움을 만들고 창조하기에 이르렀다. 또한 인간은 누구나 자신을 필요한 것을 만들며, 자신의 의지를 표현하고자 하는 조형본능을 지니고 있다. 이것은 유사이래로 인간의 문화적인 활동이었다. 이같이 아름다움을 추구하는 인간 본능과 조형의 행위가 합쳐져 인간의 문화생활은 발전되어 왔다. 조형에는 몇가지 필요한 원리가 있다. 조형원리란 조형요소와 조형조건이 어떤 규칙에 의해 표현되는 것으로, 이중 하나인 발란스는 색채, 형태 나아가 전체적인 작품의 조화와 통일을 이루어 미를 연출하는 중요한 원리이다. 본 연구의 목적은 발란스의 원리와 효과를 이론적으로 고찰하여 그 중요성을 인식함과 동시에 발란스가 시각적, 심리적으로 미치는 영향을 파악하며, 고대에서 현대에 이르기까지 조형작품상에 나타난 발란스 효과를 분석하여 효율적이고 미적인 형성능력을 개발하는데 있다. 발란스의 효과와 표현방법, 발란스가 미치는 영향은 색상, 명암, 형태, 크기, 방향, 비례, 감정과, 점, 선, 면, 텍스튜어 등으로 나누어 고찰했다. 작품분석은 대별(大別)하여 평면조형과 입체조형으로 나누고, 각 시대를 구분하여 주요작품의 예로 고찰했다. 또한 시대를 따라 발란스 원리와 효과가 어떻게 변화, 발전되었으며, 조형작품상에 어떤 방법으로 표현되었는 가를 중점적으로 다루었다. 작품분석에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같은 것들이다. 첫째, 모든 조형작품에는 발란스가 요구되며, 발란스 효과는 어떠한 형태로든 나타난다. 둘째, 발란스 원리와 효과는 각기 시대 사조의 영향을 받는다. 세째, 발란스는 균제를 기초로 하지만, 조형에 있어서는 비균제 발란스가 더욱 동적이고 다이나믹한 변화를 연출하고 있다. 네째, 발란스의 원리와 효과는 시각적으로 질량의 안배를 나타내는 역학적인 발란스를 기초로 한다. 다섯째, 평면조형에 있어서 발란스 효과는 르네상스 이 후 원근법의 개발로 급진적인 발전을 가져왔다. 발란스는 조형원리 가운데서도 가장 중요한 것이다. 이러한 발란스는 전체적인 작품구성에서 부터 색채, 형태, 주제, 감정, 시산등 모든 조형의 요소, 원리, 기타 표현기법상에 필수적으로 요구되는 것이며, 하나의 조형작품속에 이들이 서로 조화되었을때 우리는 그 작품의 가치를 인정해 줄 수 있는 것이다. 앞으로도 이러한 발란스의 원리와 효과를 이해하고 인식하여, 보다 실용적이고 아름다운 조형작품 창조를 위해 다방면에서 이에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.;Man tries to pursue beauty, and to enjoy its value. This human instinct makes beauty, at last, to be created it. The plastic will of expressing, man instinctively has, is human cultural activity since the dawn of history. This kind of human instinct of pursuing beauty and plastic activity put together so that cultural life has been developed. There are several essential principles in plastics. The principles of plastics are expressed by a certain form mixed by various kinds of formal elements. The balance effects are color, form, an important principle harmonizing wholly and producing beauty. The aim of this study is understanding the importance of balance effect by studying logically on plastics and developing more effective and aesthetic ability of composition by understanding the visual and psychological influence of the balance and by analyzing the effects of balance shown on from ancient thru modern works of plastics. We studied the effect, the method of expression and the influence of balance by analyzing color, tone, form, size, direction, proportion, emotion, point, line, surface and texture of plastic elements. The analysis was done divided into two-dimensional plastics and three-dimensional plastics, and the important works of each period were chosen as examples. And we investigated carefully how the effect and principles of balance changed and developed as time changes and how they were expressed on the works of plastics. The result of analysis on various works are as follows: 1. Balance is essential on every work of plastics, and is represented in any form. 2. The effect and principles of balance are influenced by trend of the times and spirit of the times. 3. Balance is based on symmetry, but in plastics asymmetry produces more active and dynamic change. 4. The effect of balance is made on the basis of dynamic balance which expresses the arrangement of mass visually. 5. In two-dimensional plastics, the effect of balance has made a rapid development, thanks to the development of perspective representation since Renaissance. It should be noted that the logical balance will attribute ourselves for the better creation by doing consistant study and practice.
