寫實期 兒童의 人物畵 表現指導에 대한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 사실기 아동의 인물화 표현지도에 관한 연구로서 사실기 아동의 특징과 미술표현에서도 특히 사실기 아동의 인물화 표현을 분석하여 사실기 아동을 이해하고, 그들의 창의적인 미술표현에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사실기 아동의 인물화 표현을 4가지 유형으로 나누어 실험을 실시하였다. 먼저 얼굴의 정면 표현을 실시하여 사실기 아동의 얼굴의 구조에 대하여 어떻게 이해하고 묘사하고 있는지를 검사하였고, 두 번째로는 얼굴의 측면표현을 실시하여 아동이 정면의 구조 파악 능력에 비하여 자주 표현하지 않는 얼굴 측면의 구조에 대한 이해와 그 묘사 능력에 대해서 측정하였다. 세 번째로는 자유 주제를 주고 인물의 전신표현을 실시하여 아동의 비례 파악 능력과 그 미적 표현에 대해서 알아 보았다. 그리고 네 번째로는 운동하는 인물을 표현하게 하여서 사실기 아동의 일체의 골격에 대한 이해와 그 운동감 파악과 묘사 능력을 측정해 보았다. 이 연구를 위해서는 서울에 위치한 명지국민학교 학생 5~6학년 432명을 대상으로 인물화 검사를 실시하였다. 분석의 근거는 구디나프의 인물체점기준표와 그것을 바탕으로 본 연구자가 서로 작성한 분석기준표 두 가지를 참고하였고 머리카락, 얼굴, 눈썹, 눈, 코, 입, 귀, 목, 턱, 팔, 다리, 관절, 동체, 손, 발, 옷, 인물의 운동감, 인물의 실체감등 18개 항목에 대해서 얼굴 정면 검사에서는 8개 항목, 얼굴 측면 검사에서는 8개 항목, 전신표현 검사에서는 10개 항목, 운동감 표현에서는 6개 항목을 각각 분석하여 남녀별로 나누어 백분율로 검사하였다. 또한 인물화 표현에 있어서의 6가지 조형적 요소의 표현이 어떻게 묘사되고 있는지를 전체적으로 분석하여 사실기 아동의 창의적이고 관찰적인 표현능력을 검사하였다. 그리고 이러한 검사를 통하여 사실기 아동들의 인물화에 있어서의 그 유형을 살펴보고 분석하여 바람직한 인물화 지도 방안을 제시해 보았다. 이러한 연구의 목적은 자칫 미술표현에 있어서 흥미를 잃기 쉬운 사실기 아동들에게 대상을 새롭게 보는 지각 방법을 제시하여 대상을 자세히 관찰하고 창의적인 인물표현을 하도록 인도하는데 있으며, 더 나아가 그들에게 적합하면서도 체계적인 실기지도 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 그 뜻이 있다. 그래서 지도방법으로 비례 맞추기 기법, 순수 윤곽 인물소묘법, 크로키, 거꾸로 보고 그리기 등을 제시하였다. 이 표현들은 모두가 이제 까지의 개념적인 인물화 표현에서 탈피한 새롭고 흥미로운 인물 표현방법이 되리라고 생각한다.;The goal of this study is the guidance for children in realistic periods to express a figure picture. And, this study is for help of their creative expression in art by analyzing the characteristics of the realistic period and their pictures, specialty their portraits. This study is based on the tests of 4 kinds of figure pictures in realistic period. At first, I let them draw the face of the front side to see how they understand and express human faces and structures. Secondly, they drew the human side face which they don't draw in usual compared with the front side. At third, I let them draw human whole body freely to see their understanding and ability of proportional and ethic expression. And at fourth, I tested their understanding of human build and ability of exercise analysis from their pictures of exercising human. About 500 student of Myoung-Ji Elementary school in Seoul attend the tests for this study. This analysis is based on Goodenough's standard table for grading portraits an a new table which I make myself by referring to it. I analyze 8 items at the test of the front face, 8 items at the side face, 10 items at the whole body expression and 6 items at human exercise among 18 items-hair, face, eyebrows, nose, mouth, ears, neck, chin, arms, legs, joints, body, hands, feet, clothes, exercise and realistic of human in Goodenough's table. And how they express the essential elements of the formative arts in figure pictures, is tested and analyzed for studying the creative and expressive ability in realistic periods. And then, through these tests and results, the proposal for the guidance of figure picture is suggested. The goal of this kind of study is guiding for children who lose the interest of art easily in realistic periods, to have the way of looking and to observe the object with their own creativeness for expressing figure pictures. The systematic ways for practical guidance are proposed for children in realistic periods-such as fitting the proportional, drawing the pure shape of figure, crochi and drawing in upside down. Those are new and interesting ways away from the conceptional methods in figure picture. And such ways for the guidance in figure picture can be studied in another expression like landscape and still paintings.
