온라인 피아노 레슨 플랫폼과 학습자의 수업 만족도 조사연구

Abstract

본 연구는 온라인 피아노 레슨 플랫폼에 대해 알아보고 온라인 피아노 레슨을 수강한 학습자를 대상으로 만족도를 조사하여 비교, 분석하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 수행을 위하여 전통적인 음악 레슨, 온라인 음악 교육, 온라인 교육 플랫폼에 관한 이론적 배경에 대하여 고찰하고, 온라인 교육 플랫폼 ‘클래스101’에서 피아노 레슨을 수강한 경험이 있는 학습자를 대상으로 양적연구와 질적연구를 실시하였다. 양적연구로는 학습자 132명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 배경 변인과 온라인 피아노 레슨의 학습 만족도, 개선 사항을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도 및 백분비 분석을 통해 학습자의 배경 변인 및 개선 사항을 파악하였으며, 측정도구에 대한 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 또한, 성별, 연령, 직업, 교육 접근성, 수강 경험 별 만족도 차이 검증을 위해 독립표본 t검정과 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였고 콘텐츠, 상호작용, 교육환경, 전반적인 만족도 등 각 요인들 간의 관계 검증을 위해 상관관계분석을 하였으며, 온라인 수업 전반적 만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 나타내기 위해 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 질적연구로는 학습자 5명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 배경 변인과 보완점 등에 대해 조사하고 학습 만족도에 어떤 영향이 있는지 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 설문조사에서 학습자의 배경 변인별 만족도의 차이 검정 결과로는 연령별 차이만이 유의미한 결과를 보였는데, 40대 이상 학습자의 콘텐츠, 교육환경, 상호작용, 전반적인 만족도가 가장 낮게 나왔다. 학습자의 성별, 직업, 피아노 실력, 교육 접근성, 시작 계기 등은 만족도 차이에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 질적연구를 통하여 학습자의 성향과 상황에 따라 만족도의 차이가 있다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 설문조사의 만족도에서 콘텐츠, 교육환경, 상호작용, 적반적인 만족도는 모두 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 발견할 수 있었고, 회귀분석 결과 콘텐츠와 상호작용의 만족도는 전반적인 만족도의 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 온라인 수업의 서비스는 만족도에 영향을 미치는 각 요인 간의 영향력 및 개선사항을 고려하여 다양한 콘텐츠 개발, 시스템 개선, 교사와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 활성화 할 수 있는 방안 모색이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 온라인 피아노 레슨의 개선사항을 보완하고 향후 온라인 피아노 레슨 발전에 도움이 되는 자료로 활용되기를 바란다.;The purpose of this study is to investigate online piano lesson platforms and to compare and analyze the satisfaction of learners who have taken online piano lessons. To conduct this study, I reviewed the theoretical background of traditional music lessons, online music education, and online education platforms. And I also conducted a quantitative and qualitative study of learners who have taken piano lessons on the online education platform 'Class101'. For the quantitative study, an online survey was done with 132 learners to investigate background variables, learning satisfaction, and improvement of online piano lessons. The collected data were analyzed using frequency and percentage analyses to identify learners' background variables and improvements, and to analyze the reliability of the measurement tools. In addition, independent samples t-tests and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to verify differences in satisfaction by gender, age, occupation, access to education. The course experience and correlation analyses course experience, correlation analyses were conducted to verify the relationship between each factor such as content, interaction, educational environment, and overall satisfaction. Multiple regression analyses were utilized to show the relative influence on overall satisfaction with online lessons. For the qualitative study, in-depth interviews were conducted with five learners to investigate background factors and complementary points, and to find out how they affect learning satisfaction. The results of the study showed that the only significant difference in satisfaction among learners' background variables in the survey was the difference in age. The learners in their 40s and older showed the lowest satisfaction with content, environment, interaction, and overall satisfaction. Although learners' gender, occupation, piano skills, access to education, and starting point did not affect the difference in satisfaction, the qualitative study found that there were differences in satisfaction depending on learners' personalities and situations. In addition, in the survey, content, environment, interaction, and positive satisfaction were all significantly positively correlated. Moreover, the regression analysis showed that satisfaction with content and interaction had a positive effect on overall satisfaction. Based on these results, it is suggested that online piano lesson services need to develop various contents, improve the system, and find ways to activate the interaction between teachers and learners, considering the influence of each factor on satisfaction and improvements. I hope that this study could be used as a resource to improve online piano lessons and help develop online piano lessons in the future.
