블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 자유학기제 클래스 피아노 수업지도안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 자유학기제에서 블렌디드 러닝을 활용하여 클래스 피아노 수업지도안을 개발하고, 현직 교사들에게 현장 적합성 검증을 받는 것이다. 지도안 개발을 위해 먼저 블렌디드 러닝과 자유학기제, 클래스 피아노에 대한 이론적 배경을 탐색하고 각각의 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 이후 클래스 피아노 수업의 특성에 맞춰 다양한 블렌디드 러닝의 유형을 차시별로 다르게 적용하여 연계성 있게 혼합하고 구성하였다. 지도안 개발 결과에 따른 현장 적합성 검증을 위해 현직 교사 다섯 명에게 의뢰하여 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수업 개발에 사용된 블렌디드 러닝은 단순히 온라인과 오프라인의 혼합이 아니라, 여러 가지 온라인 수업을 복합적으로 사용하는 온라인 복합모델, 순환모델 중 다양한 활동을 동시에 진행할 수 있는 스테이션 순환모델, 거꾸로 교실이라고 불리는 수업 시작 전에 수업 내용을 먼저 학습하고 오프라인으로 수업하는 플립러닝과 같이 다양한 유형을 포함하였다. 각 차시별 제재곡을 난이도 쉬운 것부터 어려운 순서대로 위계성을 가지고 선정하였고, 수업 내용에 가장 효과적으로 학습이 진행될 수 있도록 블렌디드 러닝을 적용하였다. 개발된 프로그램에서 학생들은 스스로 다양한 테크놀로지를 활용하여 자기주도적 학습을 하고, 친구들과 상호작용을 통해 창작하고 결과물을 발표하는 활동에 참여하였다. 수업 활동에 따른 맞춤형 활동지와 온라인 콘텐츠의 제공을 통해 학생들의 학습 효과를 극대화하였고, 후반부에는 학생들이 자신의 실력을 점검할 수 있도록 자기성찰과 동료평가를 진행하였다. 둘째, 다섯 명의 현직 교사에게 현장 적합성을 검증한 결과, 대부분의 문항에서 현장에 적용하기에 적합한 지도안이라는 평가가 있었다. 다양한 블렌디드 러닝 유형의 활용, 적절한 온라인 매체의 사용, 차시별 위계적 진행과 긴밀한 연계성, 참신한 내용과 활동 등을 높게 평가한다는 의견을 제시하였다. 하지만 한 차시에 주어진 시간보다 수업 내용이나 활동이 많아, 적절한 배분이 필요할 것 같다는 지적을 받았고, 일반 학생들의 수준에는 제재곡이 어렵다는 평가가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 자유학기제에서 다양한 블렌디드 러닝을 활용하여 효과적인 클래스 피아노 수업이 이루어질 수 있도록 수업지도안을 개발하였으며, 현장 적합성 검증을 통해 평균적으로 긍정적인 평가를 받았다는 것에 의의가 있다. 그리하여 본 연구자는 이 연구를 바탕으로 학생들의 수준에 맞는 제재곡을 선정하고 다양한 활동을 적절히 분배하는 등 부족한 부분을 보완하는 활발한 후속 연구들이 진행되기를 희망한다. ;The purpose of this study is to develop class piano instruction plans using blended learning in the free semester system for the first year of middle school, and to receive field suitability verification from incumbent teachers. In order to develop a map plan, first, the theoretical background of blended learning, free semester system, and class piano was explored, and each prior study was considered. After that, various types of blended learning were applied differently for each time according to the characteristics of the class piano class, and mixed and composed in a connected manner. The conclusions derived by requesting five incumbent teachers to verify the suitability of the field according to the results of the map development are as follows. First, blended learning used in class development included not just a mix of online and offline, but various types such as an online complex model that uses various online classes, a station circulation model that can carry out various activities at the same time, and flipped learning that learns class contents before class starts. The sanction songs for each class were selected with hierarchies in the order from easy to difficult, and blended learning was applied to the class content so that learning could proceed most effectively. In the developed program, students participated in activities that used various technologies to self-directed learning, create through interaction with friends, and present results. By providing customized activity sheets and online contents according to class activities, students' learning effects were maximized, and in the second half, self-reflection and peer evaluation were conducted so that students could check their skills. Second, as a result of verifying the suitability of the field to five incumbent teachers, there was an evaluation that it was an appropriate guidance plan to apply to the field in most questions. It was suggested that the use of various blended learning types, the use of appropriate online media, close connection with hierarchical progression by time, and novel content and activities were highly evaluated. However, it was pointed out that the class content and activities were more than the given time at a time, so it was necessary to distribute it appropriately, and there was an evaluation that the sanction song was difficult at the level of ordinary students. In this study, a class guidance plan was developed to effectively teach class piano by using various blended learning in the free semester system, and it was meaningful that it received positive reviews on average through field suitability verification. Therefore, based on this study, this researcher hopes that active follow-up studies will be conducted to compensate for deficiencies, such as selecting sanction songs suitable for students' levels and appropriately distributing various activities.
