Abstract
Currently, because of learning loss due to COVID-19, it is assumed that cultural experience classes may have greater academic shortcomings and difficulties. I think it is necessary to look for new educational directions because cultural experiences are more difficult when done on online classes like what is happening now. Therefore, the study proposes the development of cultural units using multicultural children's cuisines linked to content created with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cooking activities shown in Korean textbooks for elementary school students and cooking manuals for children, and to develop cultural compositions utilizing dishes actually covered in Korean lessons for multicultural children as units associated with content created with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. The goal is to organize a lesson that reflects the characteristics and needs of multicultural children to learn understand Korean culture smoothly. Therefore, Chapter I explores the purpose, necessity, and research issues of cultural unit development and describes the prior research. Chapter II briefly explores multicultural children and learns about the educational value of culinary activities, the educational effects of culinary activities, and teaching methods that underlie the development of cultural units using cooking, as well as language and cultural integration learning. Chapter III research methods perform textbook analysis. Selected textbook analysis criteria and cooking activity criteria through prior research. The analysis manual analyzes Korean cookbooks and International cookbooks, describes the overall composition of Korean and foreign cooking manuals, and understands the advantages and disadvantages of both. Learning about the cooking activities of elementary school children on the Korean language educational site and organize questionnaires, research and analyze suggestions and needs about teachers' role in cooking planning and cooking activities in the actual educational field. Chapter IV develops cultural lessons using cooking, and Chapter V presents conclusions and suggestions. The biggest significance of this study is that we have proposed a model of cooking activities and a way to use cooking content classes using Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in order to improve the communication skills of multicultural children and to activate the dishes experience activities that have been neglected so far in various cultural lesson methods to understand mutual culture, and to reduce cooking costs, cooking time, etc., while ensuring that children can safely use intractable cooking tools. ;본 연구는 증강현실(augmented reality, AR)과 가상현실(virtual reality, VR)로 만들어진 콘텐츠와 연계된 다문화 아동 대상의 요리를 활용한 문화 단원 개발을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 I 장에서는 문화 단원 개발의 목적, 필요성과 연구 문제를 살펴보며 선행연구에 대한 내용을 기술한다. II 장에서는 이론적 배경에서는 간략하게 다문화 아동에 대해 살펴보고 요리 활동의 교육적 가치, 요리 활동의 교육적 효과, 요리를 활용한 문화 단원 개발의 기반이 되는 교수법 소개와 언어와 문화 통합 학습을 알아본다. III 장 연구 방법에서는 교재 분석을 실시한다. 선행연구를 통해 교재 분석 기준 및 요리 활동 기준을 선정한다. 분석 교재로는 한국어 요리 교재와 외국어 요리 교재의 전체 구성에 대해서 서술하고 각각의 장단점을 알아본다. 한국어 교육 현장에서 이루어지는 초등학교 아동의 요리 활동 내용을 알아보고 실제 교육 현장에서 교사의 요리 계획 및 요리 활동 등에 대한 교사의 역할에 대한 건의 사항 및 요구를 설문지로 구성하고 조사·분석한다. IV 장에서는 요리를 활용한 문화 단원을 개발하고 V 장에서는 결론 및 제언을 제시한다.
