청소년 자살 관련 국내 미술치료연구 동향 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 자살 관련 미술치료 연구의 동향을 전반적으로 파악하고, 그에 관한 기초 연구 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1998년부터 2021년 2월까지 발표된 국내 학위·학술지 논문 중, 청소년 자살 관련 미술치료 논문을 수집하였고 4가지 기준에 따라 총 35편의 논문을 선정하였다. 이후 선정된 논문의 발행연도와 발행처, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구내용에 따른 동향을 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 연도별·발행처별 동향 분석 결과, 1998년 미술치료학회에서 최초로 학술지 논문 1편이 발행되고, 2007년부터 학위·학술지 논문이 꾸준히 발행되고 있다. 둘째, 연구대상별 동향 분석 결과, 여성 성별 구성이 높은 비율로 나타났고, 남성 구성의 경우 단 1건으로 가장 낮은 비율로 나타났다. 그리고 연령의 경우, 13세 연령이 가장 높은 비율로 나타났으며, 중학교 소속이 과반수를 차지했다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향 분석 결과, 가장 많이 사용된 연구설계 유형은 실험·통제 집단 설계이다. 객관적 검사는 총 62건 실시되었으며, 이 중 심리․정서 관련 검사인 자살생각척도(SSI), 우울척도(BDI)가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 투사적 검사는 총 39건 실시되었으며, 이 중 동적 집-나무-사람 검사(K-HTP)가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 또한 연구결과 분석 유형은 양적분석과 질적분석을 혼용한 혼합분석이 과반수 이상을 차지했다. 넷째, 연구내용별 동향 분석 결과, 연구주제는 자살사고 감소와 같은 인지적 관련 주제를 다룬 연구가 가장 많았으며, 우울, 자아존중감과 같은 심리․정서 주제를 다룬 연구가 과반수를 차지하였다. 집단 미술치료는 12건, 개인 미술치료는 15건으로 나타났고, 다양한 기법를 활용한 복합 프로그램이 높은 비율을 차지했다. 연구가 가장 많이 수행된 장소는 학교시설이며, 참여 인원은 1명으로 구성된 연구가 많았고, 주 1회 간격으로, 총 10회기 이상, 회기 진행시간 90분 이상이 가장 많이 실시되었다. 미술매체는 평면건식매체가, 표현기법은 그리기 기법이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 본 연구는 청소년 자살 관련 미술치료연구의 전반적인 시각과 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.;This study was conducted to analyze the trends in art therapy research regarding suicide in teens and to provide the basic research data. A total of 35 selected dissertations and journals published in Korea between 1988 and February 2020 were analyzed by publication year and publisher, research subject, research method, research content. The results were as follows. Firstly, the result of analyzing publication year and publisher, the first dissertation was published by Korean Art Therapy Association in 1998. Dissertations and journals have been published steadily since 2007. Secondly, most of the subject were females and there was only one male among subjects. Regarding age of subjects, most of the subjects were 13 years old and half of them were middle school students. Thirdly, regarding research methods, the study design of treatment group·experimental group was used mostly. Objective test was conducted 62 times and SSI/BDI regarding the psychological, emotional test were used mostly. Projective test was conducted 39 times and K-HTP was used mostly. More than half of the type of analyzing the research results were the one combined quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method. Finally, most of research contents were cognitive topics like decreases of suicide and more than half of studies dealt with psychological and emotional topics such as depression and self-esteem. There were 12 cases group art therapy, 15 cases of individual art therapy and most of them were complex programs using various techniques. Most research were conducted more than 90 minutes as once a week at school, more than 10 times in total and most of research had single participant. As for art media, flat dry materials were used the most, and as for art expression techniques, drawing techniques were used a lot. The meaning of this study is to provide the overall perspective of the research of art therapy and the direction of future research.
