dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a multimedia distance education system, called GVA (Global Virtual Academy). The GVA system is unique in that its synchronized 3D graphics greatly enhances the learning mechanism together with other advanced multimedia distance learning features, such as real-time full duplex voice talking, text chatting, and a shared white board on top of a web browser.*
