생명윤리 교육프로그램이 예비과학교사의 생명윤리 및 생명윤리교육에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향

Abstract

생명윤리의 올바른 이해는 사회 전반에 걸친 윤리적 쟁점에 대해서 합리적인 판단을 내릴 수 있도록 한다. 이로 인해 오늘날 과학기술이 발전함에 따라 생명윤리의 중요성이 함께 대두되고 있으며, 학교는 이와 같은 사회적 흐름을 잘 반영하여 학생들이 생명윤리에 대한 바른 인식을 함양시킬 수 있도록 교육하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 생명윤리 교육프로그램이 예비과학교사의 생명윤리 및 생명윤리교육에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 총 5차시로 구성된 생명윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 프로그램의 시작 전과 후에는 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하여 예비과학교사들의 생명윤리에 대한 인식 및 필요성과 생명윤리교육의 실행방법을 파악하였다. 또한, 중간과제와 실험 보고서를 통해서 예비과학교사들이 생명윤리를 인식하는 양상을 분석하였다. 이후 실험반 예비과학교사들 중 7명을 선정하여 면담을 통해 생명윤리 및 생명윤리교육에 대한 인식의 변화를 심도 있게 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비과학교사들은 생명윤리에 대한 인식을 형성하는 과정에서 심리반응 단계, 인식형성 단계, 인식확장 단계를 갖는 경향성이 있었다. 실험반은 프로그램을 통해 반성적인 심리반응을 보이는 경향이 있었으며, 나아가 생명윤리에 대한 인식을 형성하고 확장하였다. 둘째, 실험반은 생명윤리 교육프로그램을 통해 생명윤리교육에 대한 필요성 및 중요성을 인지하고 이에 대한 실천의지를 보였다. 이들은 설문지에서 가장 효과적이라고 생각하는 생명윤리 교수학습방법에 시청각 수업과 동영상을 가장 많이 응답하였다. 또한, 실험반 예비과학교사는 학년이 높을수록 구체적인 생명윤리 교육방안을 제시하였다.;The right understanding of bioethics allows us to make reasonable judgments about ethical issues throughout society. As a result, the importance of bioethics is emerging as the science and technology develops today. The school should reflect the social trends and educate students to raise awareness of bioethics. This study examined the effects of the bioethics education program on the perception of bioethics and bioethics education. For this purpose, this study developed the bioethics education program composed of 5 lessons and applied to an experimental group. Before and after the start of the program, pre - test and post - test were conducted to understand the preliminary science teachers' perception and necessity of bioethics and how to implement bioethics education. In addition, through an intermediate task and experimental reports, this study analyzed preliminary science teachers' aspects of bioethics recognition. Seven of the preliminary science teachers in the experimental group were interviewed to examine changes in perception of bioethics and bioethics education. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, preliminary science teachers had a tendency to have a psychological reaction phase, a cognitive formation phase, and a cognitive expansion phase in the process of forming a perception of bioethics. The experimental group tended to show a reflective psychological response through the program, and furthermore, the awareness of bioethics was strengthened and expanded. Second, the experimental group recognized the necessity and importance of bioethics education through the bioethics education program and showed the will to practice it. They responded most to audiovisual classes and videos in the bioethics teaching and learning method. In addition, the preliminary science teachers in the experimental group suggested specific bioethics education methods as the grade level increased.
